What do you like best about the product?
The ease of backup. Restoration is not only simple (without instructions) but also can be very granular.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was not very straight forward (to me) and required a support rep to help finalize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to a high necessity to get back into previous employee emails, this product in it's short time has proven invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
You can recover important data. You don't have to do nothing in order to upload your information. once Druva is configured, you can forget about it, no need of your intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
download time is something that I don't like. a restore can take several hours. it depends on internet connection, but even with a High Speed/bandwidth takes to long.

Data recovery on International sales personnel
Recommendations to others considering the product:
try to audit your users backups bimonthly, just to make sure your backup is working fine.

What do you like best about the product?
I have had very positive interactions with Druva support the few times that I have had to contact them. Communications during our transition from on prem to the cloud was a little spotty, but overall I am very satisified.

The program is not as customizable as I would like.

Easy deployment , easy backup and restore and very good analytics. Multi profile enrollment

Search file by way of file types , on upgrade sometimes executable gets corrupt leading to backup not running

Druva InSync is a great solution for securing mobile users. is is relatively easy to set up in your own private datacenter and once configured it is very easy to roll out to the endpoints,
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest there is nothing about druva insync that I really dislike or miss from a feature standpoint. it does everything we need it to do in a simple reliable way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we mostly use mobile devices to work on (notebooks) and we needed a solution to secure and back up our company data that was stored on these devices. druva insync does this very competently.
Easy to use console and great support
What do you like best about the product?
We have had very good results using this for our employee device backups. Our company is completely virtual so backing up was important. The process was very easy to install the agent and configure the portal settings.

we have not had any issues or dislikes with insync
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving the problem of having workstations all over the continent and a need to be able to quickly restore data or salvage data when a workstation is lost/erased.
Powerful solution that is easy to manage and deploy.

The ease of use and management is very nice and the user interface is simple.

More information when errors come up would be helpful to facilitate troubleshooting

Remote users who save files locally can still have cloud based backups.

The software is great at backing up what is targeted, including Exchange 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloads for admins for Exchange 365 data comes as a zip file and not as a PST....so you get all the emails as eml files in one big zip.

Ability to re-sync a users data from one machine to a new one, as needed.

Don't really have any. We enjoy use of the product, and don't see any setbacks.

Great turn around time for refreshing users machines.

Druva works as it should in most cases. But it isnt very good for admin customization.
What do you like best about the product?
You can replace laptops much quicker and effeciently with Druva. You can search past backup snapshots to recover accidentally deleted files. Druva support and prompt and will work with you to resolve issues (user error and product issues)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Druva does not work as it should and no good expaination is given. They just say, thats the expected result, which doesnt really make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup customization for the different business departments. Data can be easily searched and restored. (fully or individual files)

Overall, Druva is a great tool. Granular changes are possible and the support is very good.
