We can backup all our Exchange Online mailboxes, Sharepoint sites, OneDrive and Teams chats all in one place automatically daily and choose what to restore based on required backup date.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no major problem, only during initial implementation, some exchange mailboxes were being left out, due to some sync problem with our local Active Directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offsite data backup for audit requirement and also gives more flexibility when comes to restore.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva Phoenix is a dependable, enterprise grade backup solution. We have used many cloud/offsite backup solutions including Veeam for our clients but none as dependable as Druva. Veeam is a operationally & commercially non-inclusive solution; there are no such hidden commercially exclusive ideas with the Druva solution. We do not exclusively use Druva for all our clients, we use AWS S3 & Backblaze B2 as well but when we need a bundled, easy-managed, easy-transfer solution we always pitch with Druva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support.
Storage cost.
Solution use & storage self-determination not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data de-duplication.
Offsite backup.
Backup & recovery reliability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When storage is available with the customer; Druva is a constraint. I think there can be a way where only the solution from Druva can used and storage can be self-provisioned; along with the superb source de-dup abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboard laptops and monitor updates and errors etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrading the clients. It takes long and you cant instantly upgrade a client from the console, it goes into a que which can take weeks to updgrade. We also had issues with the clients disappearing due to anti virus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up of data and data retrieval while offsite
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and setup. Support is fast to reply and attend to any issues

Recover your data after human errors or accidents!

  • August 10, 2021

What do you like best about the product?
Among the best elements of the experience with Druva Phoenix is the customer service contact. The department has a professional approach to the problems presented, responding efficiently and delivering a solution in a short time. The implementation of the service is also flawless. The service management panel offers all the functionality you can expect from this type of service. One panel controlling the whole service is undoubtedly a significant advantage. An attractive option is also the possibility to create a backup copy for the entire virtual machine. This way, the customer does not have to worry about copies of each component separately, saving money on different services. The fact that the service is run in the cloud makes the whole process easier and eliminates the need to maintain expensive on-site infrastructure. This software also leaves less space for human errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
A beneficial feature that Developers could add is Active Directory backup support. This would be an excellent option to complement the range of solutions. Another idea to improve the service is to change the web interface. It should be more transparent. Currently, a user can easily get lost among the various options. In addition, the categories are poorly organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Druva Phoenix application to create and restore backups of the applications and programs that I have started using the company infrastructure. In addition, Druva helps me with data recovery after sudden accidents or long-term archiving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would undoubtedly advise the user of this service not to hesitate before contacting the support department. This way, you can quickly get any question answered and assistance with troubleshooting.

"Druva inSync" played major role to protect data and maintain security during Lock-down and Pandemic

  • August 06, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Superior capability of restoration, handling data, and security. inSync gives us the flexibility to take backup restore in any system, takes backup in small packets, so the system uses less bandwidth. Its cloud and centralized managing functionality helped IT personnel to manage this system from anywhere and anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The absence of an on-premises backup functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have started Druva inSync just before starting the Covid pandemic. Earlier we were using inhouse/over the LAN backup solution and facing difficulties in the case of roaming users. We were looking for a cloud backup solution that should be independent of local resources and in-person involvement. The decision of going with Druva became a real game-changer for us during a pandemic and lockdown.

We are using this application across the organization for critical users and it addresses one of the major issues of data security and backup in case of system crash and flexibility to give data backup to users on any system and anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Druva Cloud backup is best suited for the organization having roaming users, offices at cluster locations having bandwidth issues, and most importantly real-time data backup at the cloud server. This helped any organization if the device gets crashed or stolen or some data corruption happened. In our case, it saved us multiple times during the last two years.

Easy and inexpensive cloud backup.

  • August 06, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
With a simple setup, I can get cloud data backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only set the backup cycle, not the acquisition time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are backing up our SharePoint online data. inSync is in the cloud, so it didn't take long for us to start backing up after receiving the backup requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not suitable for backing up business systems because it cannot take static point backups.
However, it is ideal for easy backup of file servers.

    AWS Managed Service Provider

Great solution, great company

  • June 09, 2021
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

We recently switched over to Druva from another backup provider in favor of the native AWS capabilities, ease of use, and great account and customer support. The product has been tremendous in our ability to manage multiple environments for multiple customers!

Druva Insync is very reliable and solid performer for device and 365 backups

  • May 27, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Alerts , governance, and sinlge pane of glass management of device backups and 365
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit awkward to install on client devices for client backups, otherwise, once its complete it works well.

365 backups require policy and group profile for mail users to be added to a backup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are numerous, we consolidated our backups and improved cost performance and backup reliability on endpoints. Mailbox backups permits us governance control without additional license from Microsoft , where legal hold requires an E3, this does not.
