Reliable Firewall which is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of Wireless networking and stable VPN

There has been Nothing on the firewall so far that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VPN, Wireless, Policies, DHCP.
Sophos Firewalls are reliable, intuitive, and work well.
What do you like best about the product?
First, Sophos Sales is very helpful in product selection. I have used over 50 of their firewalls in the last decade and they have always helped me select the best one. I haven't ever been in the position where I needed to upgrade to the next level. These firewalls work well, the interfaces are very intuitive as long as you know firewalling concepts and therefore the implementation is not difficult. They come full of features like IPS, application control, and web filter that are as customizable or as out of the box as you want to make them. I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part about Sophos Firewall is the online help. It is basic without best practices and I often need to research beyond the articles if trying to figure something out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I trust that this firewall is going to do what they say it will do based on years of experience with them. That trust leaves me time to worry about all the other aspects of our security posture while keeping configuration reviews to a less frequent pace.
Efficient and easy to configure security product that gives freedom to home users to use for free.

Ease of use and flexible setup. The units are simple and easy to configure out the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be better. Structured pricing, but on the more expensive side of products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to understand what is being generated through the network and being able to reduce wasted bandwidth.

Very easy manageable and all funcitions on board

What do you like best about the product?
Configuration is fairly straight forward but the help tools are great. But I'm more so impressed with support, they have never failed me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can say I've had any negative reactions to using the firewall. I prefer them to other manufactures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VPN use at our company went from no users to almost everyone now works remote. It has simplified our business with regards to access to resources and securing our data and systems.

2FA Implementation still kind of raw. No interface for it.

Connectivity between company's sucursals, securization and remote work.

What I value most about Sophos Firewall is its clear and well-organized interface, which makes daily management easier. Additionally, the application control and web filtering feature is very effective and allows for detailed traffic control. The real-time alert system also stands out, helping to respond quickly to threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I am satisfied, but some advanced configuration sections could be better documented. I have also noticed that certain updates may require restarts that briefly interrupt the service. In some cases, support takes longer than desired to respond.

Sophos Firewall has helped us resolve issues related to unauthorized access, unsafe browsing, and excessive bandwidth consumption by certain services. Thanks to its content filtering, application control, and real-time traffic visibility, we have significantly improved network security and overall performance, resulting in a more productive and protected environment.
