Bad experience, No support available
This product was good before but now cannot use it to connect to any ssh client in our environment, there is zero support from the vendor. It surprises me that they can setup subscription for a product, expect individuals and organizations to pay and use the product but offer no support. I've had issues for almost 3 months since updating from their previous AMI to a more recent one, and despite having tried to get help no one is answering; the product is broken in my opinion.
