Simple and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the mappable fields concept it makes digitizing contracts a breeze. Other than that signing order and really the value of the features we get based on what we spend is pretty nice. Overall we have really enjoyed using the software and will continue to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration points with zapier and integromat. Automation is extremely important to us and that would make this a truly world class product. Sometimes the software can be a little too rigid or have some strange workflows but these are pretty easy to overlook because everything else in the software is spot on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a pretty slow document signing process for NDAs, MNDAs, Service Agreements, Proposals, etc.. This allows us to now only get things signed quickly it gives us some real flexibility around who can send documents. Time is money and inefficient processes increase overhead quite a bit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I truly believe this is a great system just try to decide how much functionality you need and customization vs simplicity and ease of use.

We particularly admire SignNow's reminder setting feature the most as it lets us remind our recipient about the pending signatures so that it does not get missed. Moreover, this tool is available for all platform users such as Android, iOS, and Desktop, making it quite accessible and reliant document singing application.

Though SignNow makes documents signing and receiving process is quite streamlined and time-saving, the recipient can't add any comment if they require to make any changes on documents before signing.

The overall experience using SignNow has been quite incredible because this tool has dramatically saved our hassle and resources while getting our documents signed.
