Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user to signNow, it is a very user friendly and easy to learn. Simple and effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only I can think of is when selecting a field such as a signature line is that it stays as a signature until you change to another field such as initial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
signNow allows us to have signatures without having to arrange a face to face meeting.

User friendly, clear and straightforward, easy to access from multiple devices

I don't like that it emails you so many emails, but that is fine.

A Better Candidate Experience Thanks to SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
As a Recruiter, I routinely need newly offered candidates to return pre-employment documents. Whereas before we added SignNow, our candidates needed to print, fill out, scan, and email all documents back to us. This caused frequent bottlenecks in the pre-hire process as well as a less than ideal candidate experience. Now, all candidates can quickly and conveniently complete documents online, streamlining our processes wonderfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot think of anything I actually dislike about SignNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us and our pre-hire candidates a lot of time by reducing the number of steps needed to begin pre-employment processing.
signNow makes capturing signatures easy, and it is a simple process to set up a custom document.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to share templates with my colleagues in our office. There are a lot of different forms we use, and having the forms larger pre-populated has been a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I found using signNow to be more intuitive than Docusign, the process of setting up shared templates was not the simplest at the beginning of our use of the program. Updates have since been made that makes the program easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many documents we use must be verified, and having the e-verification option has protected us from liability.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, anyone can get a document signed with a couple clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA, works easily, it is fool proof, all you need is an email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting contracts signed quickly and remotely.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
Really simple and easy to navigate the software. Ive been using it for years now haven had any issue way cheaper the other verison out here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it take a while to upload docs. But all and all works great

From having my clients having to come to the office to sign docs.
SignNow is my go to for E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to upload any document to send for signatures. It provides the ability to create templates, send reminders, and download and archive history of the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates for SignNow are either in the middle of being completed without warning, and it effects the function of sending or receiving signatures. The updates are usually nice, but it would be ideal to receive a notification on what those updates are and how it will effect workflow until it is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a signature service that is auto-generated from a resident system. When that system fails or is not user friendly for some users, I resort to using SignNow because of the ease and readiness it always provides.

Exceptional. SignNow works extremely well for our organisation.

Ease to sign and text box option.Also, ability to get documents signed from multiple parties in chronological order. However, DocuSign seems to be your strong competitor, which has been an issue for us at times as certain companies prefer DocuSign to SignNow as DocuSign produces certificate of authenticity. Maybe SignNow can build that.

There are several Signing Apps however since we have historically used SignNow - we prefer that. Specifically, it is the ease of getting documents signed and creating document group.
Efficient and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
This provides accurate signing, ensuring all needed information is entered on documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple confirmation emails can be tedious to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to drop documents off at the doctor's office. It is beneficial to email documents. This increases productivity.
