Takes the legwork out of signing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can fill in fields when needed and make changes to my documents on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some editing features like the ability to cross out a line or highlight a line.

Employment offers just became simpler...
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to upload employment offer letters, set up the signatures in two clicks, then include the link in an email along with signature links for the other offer documents (background check authorization, etc.). On more complex offers we can easily set up multiple signatories where before we'd have to send a pdf from person to person, with each individual having to figure out their own way to sign it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything wrong with the software yet. We don't use the full scope of its features since we don't need to, but it's working fine so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our recruitment process has become much more efficient now that we can easily send offers to candidates to sign. Before, we would send pdfs to candidates who then had to figure out on their own how to sign it, such as printing/signing/scanning it. Not all of our employees are equally tech-savvy, so some even preferred to go to our facility to sign it in person. Now that we can send them a link that they can sign from anywhere, even their phone, it has become much easier for us to get everything quickly signed and has dramatically improved our candidate experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to change the form and to download completed forms. You can also save them into different folders. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spend quite a bit of time deleting forms that are not filled out. It would be nice if they automatically deleted.

Much easier than organizing and managing paper forms.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to make templates for our clients to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
How things are automatically mandatory to sign unless you otherwise specify. I feel like it would save me some time if it were vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of having all documents organized and in digital format. I cuts the time it takes to have our clients sign forms in half.

Keep an eye on the expiration date that you send to some clients!
User friendly experience and easy integration with Hubspot via Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively user-friendly, and integrates easily with Hubspot via Zapier. These are what make it an easy choice to continue using for now.
Additionally, the field options are all useful and haven't found myself wanting anything else that isn't available.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how many emails I receive for each document. Perhaps there is a setting to change this, but it's a bit annoying getting three emails when an action is taken. I'd rather just get one that summarizes all three actions since they're simultaneous.
It also isn't intuitive to realize the need for confirming the type of data entered, in order to use it in another calculation. After reading the help file, it still took some playing with it and testing to realize what was missing.

Automating our statement of work process has been a huge time-saver.
Simple, No frills e-signing
What do you like best about the product?
The app is quite easy to use. The pricing is reasonable and much lower than docusign or other equivalent alternates. The signing experience on docusign is definitely better and looks more professional but Signnow is not very far behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their app user interface has definitely improved over time but still has some way to go to match docusign. While they match docusign in terms of features on paper, the user experience definitely has scope for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using SignNow for signing contracts and agreements. Earlier we used to physically sign and have a back and forth over email to countersign. With SignNow the process is optimised. We have not used some of the advanced features like templates and groups (primarily because it wasn't very clear what benefits we were getting).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely a product I would recommend to others looking for a e-signing software. We have been using it for over 3 years and have found it to be reliable and stable. The product has improved during this time as well.
Time and cost savings for me and my clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the signed form is sent directly to my email in PDF form so that I can print it directly from the message. This saves me and my company time by not having to log into the website to retrieve the signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients sometimes have a hard time navigating the invitation we send to complete the form. Every so often a client will have their invitation delivered to their spam account which slows down the process of getting the completed documents returned back to our office. Sometimes clients also will use the term Docusign and expect the email to come from that provider even when we correct them that it will be from SignNow. This is not a problem that can be fixed simply. Moreover, using a platform that does not have the same name recognition as others leads to condusion and mistrust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the need for fast turnaround times on signatures and reminding people to sign. It has significantly reduced the time to get required signatures which speed up our sales process. It has benefitied our company by reducing the human capital needed to get signatures on documents through on our end. Our sales team has faster close rates due to less time waiting for documents to be returned. We use to use only wet signatures of faxing and refaxing a form for a client to sign and now we are able to have everything completed in minutes. This has increased our

Making The Process Easier
What do you like best about the product?
We love Sign Now it's been the best solution to making things run better and smoother. We have gotten rid of the paperwork and tedious things and its been wonderful. We love it!

There is really nothing we dont like. Its been everything we needed.

Been Using SignNow for years
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and look of signatures in SignNow are just the best in this space.

Can be a little hard for less tech savvy customers who aren't familiar with having to download an app to sign off their phones
