User Friendy for Recipients of Documents to Sign

What do you like best about the product?
We chose SignNow because it offered the most visually streamlined and straightforward experience for those we were sending our documents to for signature
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are sending documents out for signature with a customized message or instructions in the email, there is nowhere in the SignNow portal to ever retrieve, or even view, those messages again. I've been giving feedback to SignNow about this issue for several years now, but there's not been an update on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to collect signatures from our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency in creating forms from external documents and adding the signature spaces with SO MUCH EASE.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when I receive a notification or have a new submission in my signNow list that someone has signed the document, I have no way of identifying who they are without opening the signed document. I use this as a teacher for students and parents to sign, so I send hundreds at a time and it's very time-consuming to have to open every single one to identify whose I have received and mark it somewhere. It would be nice if the title could be a name (even if the signer needs to put it themselves when signing the document) instead of a random number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly obtain signatures from students and parents electronically that before, on paper, got lost and jumbled and difficult to organize. This really solves that organizational problem and allows me to store them in a safe place as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Name your common files how you need to organize them or when they are signed, they will be very difficult to organize.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity. The entire platform is mostly self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is only by chat, depending on the plan you have. Sometimes you need to talk over the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are saving time with the ease of electronic signing.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to set up templates and send bulk forms for completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you cannot edit a form once it's been signed. It's difficult to find a system like that though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to digitally set up, send out and organize very specific government documents to future employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After extensive research, Signnow is the best system we found to meet our needs.

Freedom to Take Our Business Digital

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has helped us take our business into the digital age by offering easy options for client online signatures, our number one use for the service. We've also found it incredibly convenient to sign documents other folks send us by uploading them to our account, signing them, and returning them to the sender (or using the CC feature to send them directly through SignNow). Adding signature and initial fields is easy, as is uploading, downloading and sending documents. All around, we're very pleased with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few odd issues with the software, such as its inability to remember recipient names but not their emails. So even when you find the email you want, you still have to manually type that person's name. There are a few other things, like the inability to require the uploading of attachments by the recipient, or for us upload word docs without the formatting going insane, or individual PDF files, and to and customize the Subject line of sent messages, but I believe those are available in a premium package and we have only the first tier option, which is a solvable problem. Our recipients like the ease of use, as do our staff, and we'll happily stay with SignNow for the foreseeable future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using SignNow, we've dramatically decreased the contract timeline with clients from us sending them paper or email copies, them trying to find a printer (harder than it sounds these days), then a scanner or a smartphone to photograph the pages and send them back. Or them having to buy a really big envelope and mail us thick packets of paperwork, some of which would get returned for insufficient postage and really cause a crink in our mutual business operations. This used to happen quite often, and now, thank goodness, we just upload everything in one PDF file, then send it off for signatures. We get a copy, they get a copy, and business moves on as usual. This new process has trimmed down our timeline from 1-2 weeks to 1-2 days, ensured everyone has copies, and made us look more professional and modern, which is a bonus benefit as a small company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We chose SignNow after considering DocuSign, HelloSign and two other competitors. We chose SignNow as our long-term software partner after the trial period based on the ease of use in customizing documents for signature and based on price. SignNow is very competitive, and the basic package offers all the features we need most. The additional packages, which we haven't yet explored, may solve the few inconveniences we shared. We have been very pleased with SignNow and l encourage you to utilize the trial period and see if they are as good a fit for your business as they have been for ours.

I wish that the My Teams section was better about being able to see the documents each of the users have sent.

What do you like best about the product?
I receive an email the minute someone signs a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot have a client sign multiple documents (merged) into one. Each document must be signed one at a time.

Quick and easy e-signature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it does what it says it is going to do, with not much fuss. The low cost compared to other similar programs is also very good, especially for a non-profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced tutorials are lacking and hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting people to sign agreements, saving time with everything being in one place. It is a huge time saver.

sending a simple link with the explanation of terms and credit card info in the email instead of all the attachments has been huge time saver
