Small company but good performance software
What do you like best about the product?
Really good software with lots of API bots to external software that makes the data import and transfers really easy. Possibility to add variables and formulas within a document and write back into the software.
They are Improving and developing every month to reduce software imitations based on customer problems and requests.

Airslate was chosen above other big companies and allows us to send as many documents as necessary per month or none at all. Functionality top rate and endless possibilities, being able to generate documents from scratch or used a set one and sign document without having to purchase different programs or licenses.

What do you dislike about the product?
Before the versioning feature, if a flow was active, to make any change, you needed to duplicate the flow and create a new one.
Folder creation to ordinate Flows and more KPI possibilities or export of slates status report download will be nice to have.

Ease to full out and send to my clients. Can edit if need be after sending. Love the app for access and ease of signing for all parties.

easy to accidentally edit the template instead of a copy of the teimplate.

Very simple for us and our customers
What do you like best about the product?
The pricing is great and the simplicity of the website/program is ideal for us and our customers. They are also constantly doing updates to add features and make things even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had the payment information feature not work for one of our customers so I haven't used it since. It kept saying it was an invalid credit card, but it was a legit credit card number. This may have been fixed now, but I didn't want to inconvenience or confuse any further customers so I stopped using that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily expand our customer base by not needing them to physically stop into our office to sign paperwork. It has saved us on postage and was very beneficial for the growth of our company. It was also extremely helpful through the Covid Pandemic when people weren't able to meet in person.
Very strong product and efficient for business use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SignNow is so easy to use. It's very easy to train new team members on and adopt for any tech skill level. Highly recommend for any size company considering using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike about it. What I dislike is probably features I haven't fully implemented, such as the folder system to keep documents organized. Other than that, nothing!

I have replaced the need for printing, hand-signing documents, and uploading documents. I also have a digital track record. We run employment agreements, contracts, and other important documents through SignNow.

Some parts feel over complicated and take a bit of time to understand.
