What do you like best about the product?
Workflow setup and signature capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Too pricey in my opinion. There should be reasonable pricing for individual users

Day to day signatures required for the job like time sheets and expense reports filing

Good Basic eSign Solution but doesn't have the bells and whistles

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is fairly easy to use and handles all basic esigning tasks either on the web or through the app. There are also some advanced capabilities like templates, bulk signing, and some team capabilities. The cost is much more reasonable than other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some capabilities like auto name and title fill, better team sharing are missing as compated to other solutions that are more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated the signing of many documents, gettign rid of the scanning and emailing that is otherwise required. This takes less time, provides more visibility on the process and provides better control of documents.

SignNow as Replacement for Docusign

What do you like best about the product?
1. Price-When moving away from Docusign, SignNow was priced competitely with its completitors like Panda Sign, echo sign, and others.

2. Functionality - Most of the function are similar to Docusign and there are a few additional items such as document group that can be very useful.

3. Ease of Use - I was up and running with SignNow in 45 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Need to reset password weekly.
2. Many signNow emails go to junk or are not received by clients compared to Docusign
3. I can create a link to the document but it does look like I can host a document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of replacing Docusign since Docusign is extremely expensive if the firm is docucentric.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Switch from docusign now if you are a docucentric company.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using SignNow is how fast and easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using SignNow.

Using SignNow allows us to easily digitally sign documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the API is very flexible and friendly. I also like the fact that you can structure documents as you like and even customize the emails that are being sent to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more flexibility when it comes to folders creation and templates. Right now there's no endpoint for creating a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the way that a provider can send documents to a patient to obtain their signature.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers great value - price to features. Features include creating templates and multiple-step signing. I have not yet used the API, but it's available. Additionally, I believe it integrates with our CRM. While we haven't implemented it yet, that could be a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't change the size of the signature font. It is nearly always too small. Even if it's a large signature field, the signature is tiny. It would be ideal if it auto-sized to fill the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The universal problem of remote business. We all transitioned to working remotely and that includes e-documents and remote signatures. We also use Adobe's Echo Sign platform. It has proved problematic. When it works, it

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload docs, add signature/initial/checkbox fields, and email signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making copies of docs could be streamlined (signing elements don't always copy over, which leads to a lot of extra time spent clicking around); I would like the option of receiving notification emails when docs have been completely signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to get documents signed compared to sending hard copies home in student backpacks!

Well rounded, perfectly positioned product

What do you like best about the product?
Pricing plans are fair, affordable for small businesses, and appropriate for the functionality provided. The interface is simple and intuitive and easy to hit the ground running. Documents are scanned quickly or converted from upload simply, fields are detected quickly, and it's very simple to create templates to reuse multiple times without recreating. The ROI is immediately apparent in time saved by not meeting to collect signatures and not missing compliance deadlines due to missed meetings. Collecting signatures can be done on an as needed basis because it's as easy as sending out an email to a customer, client, or tenant to get what is needed. It also serves as proof of delivery which is great for some of the legal issues we often need to overcome in a rental business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be clearer but solid support makes up for it. It can be a little daunting at first to understand the differences in terminology, but there's a great repository of Youtube videos to walk through the basic steps needed to get you having documents signed by customers, partners, and legal associates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating paper signatures has streamlined business processes. Tax forms, leases, and questionnaires are all easily filled out and collected due to everything being electronic. Our tenants love that they can complete everything on their phone and submit it at any time of day. Eliminating scanning was also a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I shopped around quite a bit before settling on signNow. You won't find a more affordable, complete product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can have a signer without an email address and and schedule a signing for the future
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to schedule and make emails leave signNow with your own branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the ability to schedule an email for a signing through Gsuite Email for a better open and completion rate
