It is very user friendly and simplifies my job
What do you like best about the product?
I can email all needed signers at once, it makes it quick and easy. The app is super easy to use too!

No complaints at this time. I'm happy with the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my teams to sign documents at one time really streamlines my job and makes it run smoother. With my job going virtual instead of in person it has made the transition simple.

10/10 recommend. This has made my job super easy and I love it!
SignNow is amazing, it is user friendly and I couldn't do my job without it.

I like how user-friendly it is. I can get documents out for signatures in a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using sign now I save so much time and money. I can now get signatures in a few minutes when it used to take days or even a week. I can even remind people that they need to sign with a quick update from within the system.

If you are looking for a way to get documents signed that is easy to use, I definitely recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
signNow has really helped us to streamline completion of our MSP contracts with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients have difficulty figuring out how to sign. Most likely the first time they've tried to sign documents via their computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to get MSP contracts signed so we can remotely support them. Before we started using signNow, we had to rely on physically signing documents or sending via PDF or fax and hope the customer would sign and get the completed documents to us. With signNow, we're able to complete contracts immediately and support customers much more quickly.
Seamless and easy signature requests
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add signature fields and how people can access the document from their phone,etc...It works really well for my needs and it's less expensive than the other programs out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update makes all fields fillable and now I have to workaround that so I can choose the ones I want to the signer to have access to. Support time helped me figure out a way to do that. when the checklist is sent to me as a pdf, it would be helpful to have the history page there too so i dont need to go back into the program to "download with history." I customize the message and write the same thing each time. It would be great if I could keep a copy of the customized message so that I dont have to cut and past from a word document each tim.

Easy to use for us and our customers
What do you like best about the product?
It automates most of the work for your customers, and most of the 1000+ documents we have sent out get filled out with no problems. It's fantastic for sending very similar paperwork regularly since you can have a template that you have only a few blanks to customize before sending. It is easy to check if the document has been signed and to resend if it hasn't. The ability to search for documents from way back works very well. For the price, I have no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I have only just begun to use that I wish I knew about a long time ago. Make sure to make use of the live help they provide. It was super informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us hours over mailing physical agreements. We get much better compliance than with physical documents. Customers don't bat an eye with an electronic agreement where the printed ones create a lot of friction.

What do you like best about the product?
The Convience that Sign Now provides our families that we serve. We are a Funeral Firm, with COVID it made it easy for families to do arrangements and sign needed documentation from the comfort of their homes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a small issue with getting my templates on the app. But overall, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes our lives much more accessible with families that have multiple signers in different states. I had a case where the family was in India, didn't think twice about it knowing that we had sign now, we simply sent the documents over and within moments had everything that we needed.

Easy to send contracts to contractors, send letters that need official signatures. Quick and easy to add signatures to documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I am not technically savvy. A previous Director of Projects for our program found SignNow and got us registered to use the platform. As a non-technical person, I appreciate the straightforward, well-communicated steps to follow when uploading a document for e-signing. I also appreciate the notifications about who has signed and when the document has been fully executed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a "dislike", but it might be helpful for SignNow to "nudge" a signer by re-sending the invitation to sign if the request to sign has not been addressed after 5 days. I myself get distracted and often lose a request for me to co-sign a document. An automatic reminder that can be set up when setting up the document would be most helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two distinct needs from SignNow:
1) For speakers to our organization, Launch Pad Job Club, to sign off on a video release
2) We use SignNow for the club's signature program, Leap to Success, which provides pro bono, short-term, professional projects assistance to other nonprofits utilizing members from the job club. We use the platform for our volunteer agreement, client services agreement, statement of work document, and project acceptance document. I believe it was 2014 when we started using SignNow. Before that time, all of the stated documents were signed in person. They then had to be scanned to be uploaded to our database. Now it's easy for everyone to sign and for the online document to be downloaded for upload to our database. I feel safe in the knowledge our valuable documents are also stored on the SignNow site as a backup.

Relatively easy to navigate once you're up and running

Getting "up and running" isn't always as intuitive as you'd think. Not all of us think like computer programmers.

Saving time, paper, and resources in being able to send documents for electronic signatures.
