I tested Signnow and also linked it to my entity Netsuite account
What do you like best about the product?
I have tested SignNow and also watch a demo of signnow. The integration with netsuite seems good. Being able to approve and sign netsuite transaction and file it in both netsuite and signnow is awesome

The free trial need to be extended as the time is short

The fact that I can upload and edit documents on my mobile device
Being able to create templates and use them for the future without having to upload everything all over again

Seeing live and history activities of when someone opens, downloads, save the forms that you send them
I like that I get notifications sent to my email as soon as a client is done signing the document. That way I know it has been completed. Also, when both parties have signed I get a copy on my email of the contract which works great because I do not have to go in and download it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that two people can't sign the document at the same time using the same email. I don't like having to explain to a client the process of having to go through the whole contract to have to do it all over again. I understand that if I provide two different emails that it can done at the same time. Unfortunately, a lot of my clients are of old age and barely have one to be able to complete this.

I have been able to create templates that I use on an everyday basis that I didn't know I could do. This saves me a lot of time when sending over contracts.
I do not like the fact that I am unable to press tab to go to the next text box on my laptop
At times when our docusign is down we replace that with this program.
I was taking a lot of my ink printing out these documents to put them in order but I found a hack! If I upload multiple documents at once, I am able to merge them and arrange them. This avoids having to print out multiple forms a client has signed . Once I merge them, I just name the document and save it to my device.

Make sure to attend all of the live tutorials when an agent is assigned to you.
Unfortunately, I did not complete this process which makes me think that I still don't know much about the program. I'm sure there's a lot of more benefits that I am unaware of.

User interface and document upload provide ease of access

Sometimes document upload freezes up and sometimes signature fields require a refresh to finalize

Provide customer solutions to sign from afar

We were looking for a solution to sign documents via API. SignNow attracted us for a few reason:
- Clear pricing structure.
- Great customer support. Whatever questions we had - we will get the answers in a matter of hours. It is really helpful that support engineers are also in the conversation.
- The documentation is well written and detailed. We migrated from another service where everything was so vague and almost like a black box.
- The dashboard is very simple and straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had few hiccups with integration, but luckily that was fast to get resolved. The team structure wasn't clear on the dashboard, so even though user was added to the account, but we needed to add them to the team separately on top of it in order for integration to work properly. Otherwise, it's all good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in the 2-sided opeb marketplace, where we need one side of users to sign the agreement with us before using our platform. This will be too tedious if we had to process documents ourselves, so we use SignNow API to generate a document from a template, notify signers and handle all the signing / storing process for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We are using SignNow only for collecting/storing e-signatures via API. I don't know how better or worse SignNow compare to other software when it comes to document management, such as adding approval stage

It makes it easier to get documents signed versus sending them via email
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while when we upload documents they will upload upside down or sideways. We have also had cases where the information on the document that was already filled out would show up once we uploaded it into sign now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are receive signed documents back faster and they don't have to be printed signed and rescanned as they did when they were sent via email.

There isn't an history audit with up addresses and time stamps showing history of signing and viewing like similar sites

Great platform, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, shows document history, great value at the pricepoint. We're much happier with SignNow than we were with Docusign.

Would be great if we could edit a document, or update an uploaded document with losing all of the fields that were set up.

It's the fastest/easiest way for our clients to sign our contracts and have them sent back to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to send documents out. It goes right to your email and shows you exactly where you need to sign, which makes it easy and efficient.

There isn't too much at the moment that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with cancer patients who come from all over the US. Before we had to have them sign in person or email and scan their document. This allows us to connect much faster. It makes our process a lot easier, which is important for our patients who already have enought to worry about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a document that you use frequently, it is very easy to make a template then add in emails to send out. It takes two seconds to add a new email. It works very well.
