Less is more
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of signNow is the best thing about it. You can do it what you need - a signature, of course - in a few seconds in an easy way, and if you have to explain to a customer how to use the signNow you can do it in a few seconds too. In other words, less is more, and the app achieves this goal in the better way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to make the app more easier, others languages could be avaible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem could be the distance of the enterprise and costumers, but the signNow solve this question, giving us the benefit in reducing costs and the option to offer our services to clients all around the world.

I am soliving problems because some people do not have printers to be able to print things and send back to me. Also my whole hiring process is online so it helps me get things back in a timely manner
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with the documents. Make sure to learn which are permant and which are for the signer. Learn the roles as well. Signer one and two are crutial.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple signature platforms and signNow is by far the best.
It is the most user-friendly platform, you can archive documents into folders, easily can see who hasn't signed and send a reminder email. Set up automated reminder emails, create templates, copy documents so you can send to multiple people (such as employee forms), set up teams and view each other documents.

The problems I seem to be solving are sending people, colleagues and friends things, paper work to sign right away which is super stress free and I love it.
signNow is a very easy software that can API into about any software!

I love that we are able to integrate this into our own software and allows us to create document with merge field from our own customer creation!

I do not like how I have to make a template in signNow to customize the paper work. I wish the external API could create templates based on each document created!

What do you like best about the product?
I welcome the overall ease of use. I can upload an expense report for signature and emailing to my manager without using the other, more advanced features of SignNow that I might use when circulating a contract, for example. It really is as easy to use for a single page document needing my signature, as it is a large contract needing multiple party sinatures with multiple email recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few frustrating run-throughs with a dummy contract to catch onto the use of the left-hand prompts and to get my desired results. I would have appreciated a simple step-by-step list to guide me through the initial learning phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ability to use any document format I created (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) or a file sent to me by someone outside my organization. All documents, regardless of the source, can be signed with ease, and I can add criteria such as required fields, required signatures, or establish email protocols as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SignNow has been the user interface. It also sends follow up emails I believe which can be helpful when a client misses the first email to sign. I believe you have to set a preference to send follow up emails but they can be very helpful. I also like that people can download the app to sign their documents making it a seamless process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it requires to create a document, I'm only going to use one time, but that will be the case with any app. I would like to see follow-up emails automatically sent vs. having to set them up manually for each document you need to be signed. All in all, it's been an excellent app for the price compared to other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get signatures I need in a fraction of the time it's taken using other methods. It makes me look professional and well integrated with technology for existing and potential clients which is important in today's technological age.
