Simply, Easy to use for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Simply send the link to the others is the thing that I like best. The people who I work can easily click the link and review the file, then quickly sign the paper. Usually, people just use a simple function. Since the function is easy to handle for everyone, I can efficiently finish my work, especially when lots of people cooperate together.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I find the people cannot give comments to the paper after they receive the paper. The operator can only fill in the column or sign their name. For my work, people usually would give some notes or comments to the original one, and keep the different version of the paper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People don't have to meet when they need to sign the contract. This is good for those people who have to get a deal during the COVID-19

Simply, Easy to use for everyone
Has all the main features of DocuSign and AdobeSign, plus more, at about 1/3 of the price!
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited envelopes per user, ability for signer(s) to upload documents during signing process, automatic syching to OneDrive. Ability to refer signer to a URL after signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template feature only works if you convert your file to a PDF first, then upload. If you try to upload an Excel or Word file and apply a template to it, your template fields won't line up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up the customer order confirmation process. Allowing customers to upload required documents during the e-sign process. Forwarding customer to online payment portal after signing.

Great, easy to use platform for contractual agreements and terms and conditions.

I could t really say there is anything I disliked about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we ask for our customers to electronically sign and agree to our terms and conditions. This makes remote work a lot easier to do.

I don’t really have any recommendations as only trialled sign now for now.

Effective and straightforward e-signature software
What do you like best about the product?
I discovered that it's extremely fast in communication when each stage of e-signing is finished. In Addition, I like the truth that the signature around the form is searching like normal signatures as opposed to the ones with ugly boxes like another software

There is nothing to dislike, at the beginning found it some complicated, but later on its ok to work with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of this tool obtaining the signatures around the documents was once among the greatest time-wasting process but it is now easy and removed plenty of manual printing & checking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've done researches quite a bit before I registered with SignNow. I discovered that SignNow is easily the most affordable and effective e-signature software which I have faith that it'll meet needs on most people.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy SIgnNow has made it for my team to do digital sign-off for applications to our learning benefit program, and also for our HR team's reruiting/onboarding. Digital signatures and sign-off paths are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when reviewing a signnow doc, any urls entered by the signer are not clickable (or even easily copied from the document text). Part of our application system that we use this for requires applicants to enter a url for review, but we then have to manually type it out from the form in order to review it. This is needlessly bothersome and time consuming, and can often fall prey to human typing error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use signnow to make our application process for our learning benefit program 100% digital. It allows us to maintain all the documents in one place and have sign-off from multiple parties all done in a matter or minutes or hours, when on paper it would take days!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated a few other products and signnow was the best for our needs. My recommendation is to make sure you understand all of your needs and decide if this meets them. I really do wish that signers could post urls and that they would be clickable in the final document, and also during the signing process for subsequent signers. That said, I still find signnow to be a great product that solves a very really problem/need for our org.
A must have tool for every business
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, super helpful for anyone who deals with signing documents on a day to day basis. This tool has made my life easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like it doesn’t let me edit the documents once it is saved. Sometimes there might be a spell mistake that I realized after saving, i had to redo the whole document again :(

When people cant get to office to sign documents this is great because they can do it on computer or their phone.
Integrations and Intuitive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and uploading of documents make it very intuitive and a cinch when on-boarding co-workers to the tool. Additionally the integration with our SalesForce Draw Bridge allow for our documents to be sent in a seamless fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to access the account owner's account in the event they happen to leave the company and we need to access to make changes make it a challenge as it is tied to the user's email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templated documents sent for signature via Salesforce. We use SignNow as a library that houses these signed documents making it very easy to find for future use.
Easy to use program - customers love it and our company saves time.

Eliminates paperwork, easy to complete forms, we email to customers to e-sign and it saves us time & money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical errors some days, forcing me to restart. Unable to select and copy text in previously sent form.

Saved me time and money as I don’t have to meet with customers in person.
