What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Allows me to write long sentences without wrapping them to multiple lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will not open password protected files which I receive occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to review and sign documents from any location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great app unless you have to open many password protected files.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

A Good Tool!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that users can sign by drawing, uploading, or typing their signature. I like that it is Zapier compatible, you can upload attachments, and that it is mobile friendly! It meets all our registration needs and cuts down on a lot of menial administrative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to access the signing link without upgrading to a higher subscription level. I would also like to be able to multi select documents when I'm archiving or organizing the signed documents. Bulk archiving by date doesn't totally cut it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to handle and photocopy tons of paper forms anymore, and the signers have low friction for signing- an invitation gets sent right to their email, and they can sign without having to download any kind of software or app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool with low friction for users and lots of signature options. It works well integrated with zapier and google sheets to send out multiple document copies out for individual signature at once, and is very signer-friendly.

Pros and Cons

  • November 13, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The price was the biggest factor in going with Sign Now. As a new company, we needed the most cost-effective way to send out our contracts.
I like the Radio Button feature and the conditional options. This service is efficient for office users and easy for signers. The ability to upload forms and create templates. Document groups - like sending a virtual packet. The ability to have multiple people fill out their portion of a document at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor support. I haven't had to use the support often, but the times I have it was very difficult and laborious on my end.
The only thing I would ask for that it doesn't offer is for the signer to have options to add their own comments and fields. If the signer had their own set of options they could respond with comments or respond with request for information, forward get extra signatures from another signer, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sign-now provides my organization access to its security and integration features which puts the deployment of legally binding and widely accepted e-signature across devices on our fingertips. With Signnow, we have been able to create a resilient and scalable electronic digital workflow and automated paperwork across all engagements with clients and partners.Resulting in a faster paperwork process in all of our dealings. I especially cherish the bulk invite feature , which enable us send invites to multiple persons all at once ,by simply creating a single paperwork template and uploading a list of people we'd like to append their signature to the paperwork. This works perfectly in situations where multiple persons are needed to sign a paperwork.

Convenient to use, but not always intuitive for every user

  • November 05, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of digital signing, adding documents and fields is mostly seamless, ease of resending or changing signers is great. You can copy anyone who needs access to the signed document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The title section and prefilled text sections are basically the same, but you have to scroll down to prefilled text to actually fill in the section correctly, otherwise you create error document messages. Not intuitive for many of my colleagues. Manually adding emails, doesn't remember email addresses you copy frequently, only signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenience of digital signing and easier access to execs for required and time sensitive documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great software for the most part, but can be a little detail oriented for those who aren't careful in the implementation. Be aware of the field requirements, as one slip up can cause the signer to get error messages and delays the process as you try to problem solve on the fly. Also, huge difference between laptop functionality and ipad/phone app functionality. Not always seamless or easy to set up via ipad/phone app.

    Financial Services

Easy to use and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the the drag and drop feature in the web version. Also the fact that I can email docs straight from the app/ website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot import a picture as my signature. Also will be great if I can make small changes to documents (typos etc) without having to edit in word etc and reimporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can sign docs on the go is by far the biggest benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s easy to use. I am told it integrates well with certain editors. I have not tried it but people like that feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of being able to send contracts electronically for customers to fill out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that more options were available for the package I subscribe to. Create link specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to upgrade but I don't need most of the services on the premium package. Would prefer an option that adds certain features without paying for multiple users, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use!

    Real Estate

Good Clean Easy App

  • November 05, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use. Pretty is simple to understand whats going on
What do you dislike about the product?
1.I've had multiple clients on the other end tell me they are unsure if they finished signing, or if it went through.
2. I wish there was a keyboard shortcut or a button to automatically switched the signer to the next signer. As a realtor and mortgage rep, i always have multiple clients signing one document and I have to manually switch the who the signer or initial person is when they are always just initialing beside each other. It would be fast if it just rotated the signer and i just click beside each other. Or maybe some type of one button places all signers down beside each other at the same time.
3. The insert text feature is buggy. It constantly does now allow me to add more than 7 characters before it disengages. Than I have to do it again and than once more before it finally allows it.
4. When I want to cross off items in a contract by putting a line or multiple x's over the text, what I see on screen does not match what it looks like when its printed or PDF'd. It looks like on my screen I'm covering all the text, but printed, it is alway short at least 20 characters per line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease to reach multiple client in different locations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to use the product and send it to yourself so you can experience what your clients experience.

Easy to Learn and Use!!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That I can upload documents easily and the process is almost self explanatory to our clients to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a phone it requires you to download the app and many times our customers are one time signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily get out of town signatures.
