Great solution for a "real" virtual signature on mobile and desktop.
What do you like best about the product?
Make a real signature on mobile device that can be reused on the desktop. Both mobile and the desktop versions are very easy to use. Competitors that use a fake font I think are less legit looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website experience is slow and it takes sometime to load, but not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to sign documents with ease electronically, and more importantly, I can coordinate with other signers and client signatures easily.
Excellent eSign Solution for a small & mid size company
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike most of the other eSign Solution providers, SignNow allows unlimited documents to be signed. You can pretty much import a word or PDF document into SignNow and just send it for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot edit a document once it's imported into SignNow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aplenty. Stopped mailing out physical copies that need to be signed. Saved on printing and mailing. Saved the effort to print. Saved time with quicker turn around time in obtaining signatures.

how easy it is to upload file and send for signing
What do you dislike about the product?
the tutorials can be more detailed there is so much to do in there and a lot I had to figure out by trial and error. But the customer service team is great. there chat system is very responsive and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients signing the forms needed prior to setting up appointments. It's more user friendly than what we were using before and clients like it. easy to use for all our staff as well

Inability to setup multiple separate documents that all have same signing "pattern". Need to re-add and setup for each doc.

Getting doc signed quickly and not needing to manually deliver
Excellent option for electronic signatures
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity! I can't stress this enough! I have used other platforms for electronic signatures and this platform keeps it very simple and user friendly. Just my style! I have used 2 other platforms in the past and my clients have commented repeatedly how much they prefer this one over the other two.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, nothing. Will update though if I come across something.

The interface is really fantastic. I'm able to easily achieve what I need to without searching support documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. I use SignNow frequently and rarely if ever run into a situation that I wish SignNow would do better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to merge multiple PDF documents within the website is a huge time saver. Otherwise, I'd have to use an additional program that would just add that much time to my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Signnow is extremely easy to use and has allowed us to stay in full compliance with all regulations despite operating in the midst of a pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the system.

This system has allowed the easy completion of paperwork when people are not easily able to gather together.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes document signing simple and fast. My superior works at a different location than me...what else could you ask for?

I don't like that it sends me an email every time I send a document. But perhaps I can turn that off. Just haven't figured it out yet.

It's all beneficial and I haven't had to do any problem solving.
Using from the start
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's all very straightforward, with no time wasted on a learning curve. Only tool I use for contracts. I work with a lot of musicians (some not the most tech-savvy), and this makes it so easy for them to see exactly how to do everything just from their phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, using since 2015 and it's always been perfect for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily edit pdf's for specific details, and it sends to clients immediately for signatures.

If you're planning on working with other people in your business, signNow is a must-have, since you'll need a system in place to help with all your contract needs.
