Signing documents is much easier with SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
The SignNow website is constantly making improvements and streamlining the process over time. The user interface is also very clear and simple. Uploading a document or contract is very simple and straightforward. SignNow was quite easy to implement into our workplace. The customer service was also very good. SignNow has saved us a lot of time and has increased productivity in our workplace. The pricing is fair for the service provided to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time you put an item to a document (e.g. initial block) anywhere else on the file, that item is added. Also, users may encounter issues with inserting items (signature block) close to the margins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is handy to navigate and very intuitive. We can use any document and easily upload to the SignNow system. Add any customizable elements on our documents and your clients can fill in anything. Users benefit from the ease of logging back to review the document without the need of signing in right away. SignNow lets the user informed of the document history. It identifies who viewed it, when a document was seen, the recent login, and many others. A copy of the document is sent to the user after all the elements have been finalized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware that it makes it seem like your client's you send docs to need to download the app. You should go over the fine details with them before moving forward with it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I like that it has templates. Most of the documents I send are very similar, so it's nice to be able to quickly send those.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it auto recognized fields that need text entered. I also would like the text boxes to be a bit bigger. And the last one may be a stretch, but it would be nice if it integrated with Google Docs so I could make edits directly, instead of downloading from docs and uploading to SignNow every time I have an edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send contracts to my clients and vendors. It's easy to get a signature from my clients. They like that they can just sign online without printing out anything and scanning back in. I like it because I get signatures much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's super easy to use. Set up templates for documents that you send often.
Good enough for many years already.

No metadata/verification code etc. unless document is downloaded with log.

Mental/ceremonial benefits of signing stuff while keeping paper to minimum.

The easy of setup and administration. The whole process from creating document to a fully executed agreement is seemless.

Could make downloading sign docs easier, other them that the software is pretty straight forward.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using SignNow for any forms that need or require electronic signatures. We have been using them for Camp Forms, Employee Forms and Policy Forms. It connects to our database seamlessly as well as gives email confirmations when new forms are signed. SignNow makes keeping track of signed forms easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the forms online could be a bit easier to setup in SignNow. The process can be time consuming to add all of the fields required especially on our long camp forms. Also, controlling the tab order when a form is created seems confusing and cumbersome. We have had to change some live forms several times to get the tab order correct. Also, understanding the payment plans for the service can be a little confusing unless you have an account rep from SignNow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Camp forms uses to be a mess. Now we know who has and have not filled out the form in an instant. With SignNow, the camp forms are all in one place and easily organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try SignNow. It is easy to setup and use. They also do a great job of communicating to you when documents get signed. SignNow is a great alternative to Docusign. SignNow has the same features as Docusign and cost less with similar integrations. Another alternative to consider is Adobe's signature package but you have to own an additional Adobe product to use the digital signing package.
We've had no issues and have found SignNow easy and simple to use.

We have been able to set up Order Form templates to make writing up new order forms quick and easy.

Not really had any dislikes yet in the time that I have used the product.

We are a full-service Digital Marketing Agency and we use SignNow to send out Order Forms to new clients as well as renewal Order Forms to existing clients.
This has not only eliminated the need for storing paper-based Order Forms but by digitising the whole process of sending to signing of the form, it has also made the turnaround time for Order Forms being signed a lot shorter.
This enables us to proceed with the work for our clients with out delay and is more efficient for us and our customers.

Very Good Electronic Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The price is very affordable. The program is user friendly. I have not had any issues since i started using it over a year ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing i wish was different is with other electronic signature programs there is usually a verification code printed on the document.
Also other programs have the date and time stamped where it looks like sign now only applies the date.

I researched many different e-signature companies before choosing signnow and i found no one better when comparing price with quality.
Simple, effective, cost-reasonable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of this program. It handles all of the things that we need it to handle, as a small business, without all of the unnecessary features that would bog us down, if they were there. This is a simple program, for those with basic signing needs. Additionally, their service is above and beyond great.

I cannot say that I dislike any of it. I would highly recommend this product.

Benefit is the way it improves our workflow and timeliness. There are no problems and we have used it for two years now.
