My SignNow experience
What do you like best about the product?
That you can set up the order of signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signatures do t always align to the line I’m placing it on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contract back in a timely manner. People can save their contracts as well. Reduce paper waste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for getting online signatures on agreements. Easy to search, resend reminders, cancel documents. Almost no training is needed to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found an issue - software works very well for us and the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a non-profit with no physical location isn't easy - but this allows for quick and easy agreements to be signed.

Want to switch the main email for the account (or have multiple emails forms can come from) and it's not as simple as I'd like.

Extremely easy and intuitive- including for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the signing and date fields is a little finicky- user experience can be better.

Occasionally the service is down which is annoying when you want to send out a contract. Benefits- way easier than paper contracts and less waiting. Love being able to see who has viewed and signed in real time.

You must try it and compare to your current way of doing contracts.

I like the branding capability and the ease of use.

Nothing really, it just works without any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to quickly execute contracts and agreements, without paper, scanners, printers, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
The way that you can arrange pages so the customers can view them in the order that you want them to. Pdf's come out clear and very readable. Most of what I send out is a pdf image of stone(granite/quartz) that is viewed primarily for color and/or vein movement/matching. This is very important if the customer is not able to make an office visit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not compatible for viewing on tablets or smart phones. Customers are always complaining that they can't view pictures on their phones. Contractors alike have problems since they are hardly ever in the office and don't have access to a pc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had the opportunity to discuss a small issue that I've been having, but wanted to talk to someone about it; Maybe I'm not doing it right, but when I want to send a copy of the email to someone, they don't seem to receive it.

Ease of use is a good qualifier for this app.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use--it usually takes less than 5 minutes to sign in, upload document, edit document, and send to client.
What do you dislike about the product?
My clients often have issues signing forms when on their cell phones

Fast signing of documents by clients with easily modifiable templates
SignNow is a wonderful solution for any startup, or business on a budget

SignNow is extremely cost effective, contains the necessary features, and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may not be as feature rich as some of the other more expensive alternatives in the space, but has what is required for a simple and effective e-signing solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SignNow, we were either manually signing and scanning or e-signing through PDF. This made it challenging to facilitate a workflow where multiple people had to sign the same document. SignNow makes it easy to add any number of signers, and capture the needed signatures, initials and information from each.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a cost effective, easy to use e-signing platform - I would highly recommend SignNow.
Good for Employee forms
What do you like best about the product?
It cuts out the need for printing to have employee sign forms. It also allows us to add deadlines to sign documents before they expire for offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has changed recently. Before when you created a document group, it would ask you to name it. Now once you select the documents to go into the document group, there is a little pencil where you have to edit a default group name and then another button that you need to press to accept the change. If you don't press that second button, it reverts back to the default name. It's not intuitive as it was before and I wish they would change it back.

I am able to expedite the hiring process.
