Best App I've Tried
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to do everything from filling out forms to getting them notarized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can honestly think of to dislike about this app

O have been able to send the documents to clients to have signed. This is major because it keeps me from.having g to pay for other programs

Try it out. The monthly fees are cheap. I believe when you see the benefits for yourself you won't be disappointed

How easy and simple it is, you really don’t have to put too much into it.

The downside is the robot verification. it takes too long and it’s slow

Unable to send a doc to another person once it is signed without downloading it and then re-uploading it, and going through the whole set up and send for sig again.
Haven't figured out how to add more folders than just 'Archive' , would possibly use to better organize the docs signed.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and intuitive. I can set up multiple signers and then add my own when they're done. A great feature I use frequently is the merge option. If I have 2 or more PDFs that need to become one, I can do that here without buying a different program or the full Adobe. They have an app that I use frequently as well and the syncing between the app and web browser access is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's not free? Ha. I'm not sure i HAVE anything negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially during social distancing, I am able to get documents quickly and securely to my clients for signatures - and receive them back just as fast an easily.

Give this a shot, it really is a phenomenal product.

The ability to send and received signed paperwork within minutes. It removes the excuse of not having the time to come to the office. It also saves time by cutting out the office chit chat.

I wish there was a way to streamline the email process with multiple signers.

With Covid going on it's nice to be able to limit face to face contact.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to understand, easy to navigate throughout the system and customers are able to understand the concept easily. We are able to keep track of signed applications and important documents more efficiently since having SignNow. We recommend all fellow business owners if they are in need of an E-Signing platform at an afforable cost, SignNow is the way to go. We were able to pick up how to use the system within a day of the free trial. We copared to other companies and found SignNow to be the best fit for our agency and has been the biggest asset to our business ever since.

Could possibly be a little more organized layout, but honestly it's good how it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to keep a clean book of business and ensure all policies have all signed documents. Saves us money on stamps to have applications mailed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to drag a Word or PDF document and quickly get to work on editing for obtaining signatures. And I like the fact that SignNow emails a copy of signed documents to all signers. Also, I like the ability to automatically set reminder emails to go out with expiration dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a great experience so far. Never had an issue and do not dislike any part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients don't need to print, sign with a pen, scan to PDF, and then email back to me. What takes 10 minutes or up to several days now takes 1 minute.

Easy to use for our employees and clients love it!

Unable to make changes to documents after it is sent since it can't be edited. I then need to start the whole document over to make the necessary changes.
