Really easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading documents and inserting required fields was a really simple process, as well as editing the details of the person signing. I love the option of being able to set the frequency of reminders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact I need to tell clients to use the sign options instead of type option, and need to instruct them to click to open a web option instead of accidentally clicking to sign through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly and efficiently send out documents to get audited, secure digital signatures.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check for integrations as it appears that signNow is becoming more and more friendly with external tech - I'll certainly be looking into this as an option.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow allows for simplified signing and sharing of documents. EchoVector has thus far used SignNow for the agreement of NDAs for which the process was simple and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SignNow interface could perhaps be more slick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly during the COVID pandemic where in-person meetings have not been longer possible, SignNow has allowed EchoVector to continue to grow.

The ease of the platform and UX/UI make it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now that I can think of. I use SignNow daily so will give feedback as it comes about.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is a software very easy to use, allows to manage correctly each document you upload, it is very friendly with the signers and the platform in which you edit is very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can not control the changes of the images of your brand.

In times in which you can not have contact with people this application allows me to continue making business in save legal way.

There are a limited amount of uploaded templates.

Its a bit confusing in the beginning, maybe a step by step tutorial would be something to consider

Perfect Tool for Bulk Signature Collection
What do you like best about the product?
Easily able to create a templated agreement, generate a link, and send to any party looking to execute the contract. Don't need to invite prospective executors; simply just send a link! Customer service is also wonderful, and helped me setup my account, template, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The solution is exactly what I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to have a template agreement that I could send a generic link to different people and have them sign and send back. Worked like a charm!

We are requiring all of our servers to sign a waiver that they are fever free and symptom free from COVID-19 before clocking in. it is a great way to hold our staff accountable and track if we have any outbreaks

What do you like best about the product?
signNow is a digital way of signing electronic documents shared across the organization. This is very innovative way of sharing digital documents that required signature. As a teacher, I don't need to be physically present to sign in the important documents in our school because signNow simplifies our work of doing it. The signing of documents will no longer take time because by just sharing it through email you can easily check and scrutinize the document you need to ink your signature. This software has also functionalities, features and graphical user interface that even a newbie can easily use. The most useful feature of this software is the ability of the signatories to draw the signature and the options provided to select from the available signatures provided by the system. Notifying the signatories is also a great feature of this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
singNow is a perfect software in signing to a digital document. I have no complains about its features, designs, usefulness, ease of use and functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software makes me more productive as a teacher especially that I don't need to go to our company/school to sign in a document. It is a software that makes my signing engagement easier and simple.

It is now the right time to switch to SignNow. SignNow is extremely useful e-signature software.

We are using Sign Now to collect secure information from clients. It has been very nice to be able to link it to popular services such as Zapier and Webflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their trial was long enough for me to get set up and we are currently putting together full implementation. It is so easy to collect signatures and you get notifications along the way to keep track of the process. I really enjoy the platform and found it very easy to use.
