Great for signing documents while out of school
What do you like best about the product?
The convince of creating the signing boxes and sending the document straight to the person's email. Additionally, the signer does not have to have a SignNow account. I enjoy that the most!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot change the ink color to blue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While teachers are out of school, we are still holding meetings with documents that require signatures. This program has made it possible to easily get those signatures.

Exceptional Service - Would recommend to any Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
This app is very easy to use, and train others with. We need this application for sending documents to our families that we serve to get their signature. Customer Service and the tech help have been amazing in making sure that we can move forward with our important work.

There is nothing that we dislike. thank you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our non profit is learning new ways to be efficient and this application has been a milestone for us. We can now work even faster with our clients to make sure our energy is spent on the right types of contact rather then worrying about getting a signature.
Easy to use and very competitively priced.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is pretty intuitive. If you're familiar with other solutions this is easy to pick up.

Once you save a document, you can't edit it even if you haven't sent it off yet.

It's a solid e-signature solution with a really good pricepoint that I can use for my entire team. It has really streamlined the process of signing deals.

It's very user friendly. I can set up a document in minutes! Super easy to share the sign link and it really helps getting a contract signed.

There is nothing that I don't like. It's really simple.

Closing deals couldn't be easier. The fast turn-around by getting an online signature is the greatest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate (and find) the various functions. I like the options provided, especially downloading a signed document and the signing history in one document. I also like the pricing for the entry-level services - very competitive compared to your competition.

It's actually amazing that I have not found anything I dislike.

I am able to obtain e-signatures and forms completed on various types of documents. My clients also like the ease-of-use.

It’s easy to upload files and the overall UX is easy to use. I like the variety of fields, it makes sending contracts simple, especially the invitations for signers—gives my clients a great impression!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is that you can’t rename files prior to downloading. Please fix this!
Also needs Drive and Dropbox integration, unless I missed this somewhere.
And if I could add white space and fresh text in the boiler plate I uploaded, THAT would make my life easier so I wouldn’t have to manually fix this every time I start a new contract.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tons of legal documents for my consulting and media business. It’s impossible to track them all in regular cloud storage, and who likes straining their eyes looking for signature fields? I don’t!
I use SignNow for both my clients as well as service agreements I sign with other providers like consultants and creatives, NDAs, speaker gig release forms, royalty payments etc. Whether a legal agreement is for my client or a different purpose, I like being able to electronically sign and send in minutes from the same portal and find everything in one place instead of caving in to my horrible executive dysfunction by trawling emails, Drive, my hard drive, etc.

It’s really simple and cost effective for solopreneurs to use, but I’d recommend doing some individual contract fixes beforehand uploading them. And that you have to rename files after downloading but hopefully this changes.

We have multiple customers out of state. We used to overnight documents to be signed. SignNow has made the process much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can easily send a document that requires a signature a get it back quickly and making it shareable with a group of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would to be able to put together multiple documents and convert them into one in the app instead of using a separate app. I would also like to to be able to send multiple documents in a single email.

We have become more efficient in time management and closing deals over the phone or online.

I like that you can send anyone a document and it's easy for them to sign and how fast it comes back to me. This is a great service when doing business and needing clients to sign documents.
