It started as a very rudimentary site, but has grown in features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the price. Many features have been added since inception.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still lacks several items that other sites have like authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to send to clients easily via email and have many editing options.
I have been able to get signatures in a timely manner.
What do you like best about the product?
I have data to show when and how often I requested them to sign my documents when they have not sign in a timely manner. I then have the record to show my effort to get the signature that I needed for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to choice more than one box to check is not easy to understand the took time to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being albe to get parents signatures when they attend IEP meeting virtualy.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a web-based central repository for all of our employment forms, policy & procedure documents, and all other onboarding paperwork, which allows us to eliminate the need for any related paper costs, waste, or filing requirements. It also makes the process seamless for applicants, and the administrator functionality is fairly flexible and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other "out of the box" product/service, it is not necessarily going to be able to meet all of your organization's specific needs. Some of the functionality could also be improved, as far as the way document groups are organized, and the ability to view individual documents within a larger group of documents. Better customization of downloading and printing documents within a larger group. Lastly, the ability to edit documents that have been completed for minor revisions within fields like date, DOB, name, where the applicant may have made a mistake and they can just sign off on these revisions vs. having to re-complete the entire set of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything associated with not having a paperless process for the hiring and onboarding process. Eliminating related costs in these areas, including labor costs associated with facilitating and maintaining paper driven processes.

Sometimes the email with the link to signing the document go directly to the spam, and my vendors couldn't find it

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is simple and straightforward to use. We haven't had any concerns which have required us to reach out to customer support so we can't comment on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across anything that we've disliked or thought could be improved.

We are able to send documents for signature and have a historical record of the fully executed documents.

Perfect for Sending Consent Type Documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload virtually any document or document group for edit and sending. It is easy to use many times a day for many different types of documents. It nice to be able to prefill information as well as send to have information filled.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part is being spamed with so amny emails for each document's completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a need to have all out applicants for our agency as well as some hire employees sign consents daily. SignNow allows for ease and efficiency for all of these.

I like that it is easy to figure out. I like that multiple documents can be merged as one

I wish there was a way to edit a contract instead of redoing the entire thing if a mistake was made.

Allows us to get signatures electornically and securely.
I only use it for a few purposes and in limited ways, but it meets my needs well.

I like that it allows features like check boxes, signatures, drop downs, and fill in lines/dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a tutorial. I find the "copy link" confusing - meaning, I'm never sure if I need to make a new link for each client I send the same doc to so they don't end up clicking a link that someone else has signed. So that part is tedious, assuming I do have to create new links for each client.
I also think a tutorial would help me use all of the tools better. I only use what I know how to use at this point, because I never have time to play with the other stuff. A tutorial would help save time and allow me to know what's there.

It allows me to professionally send credit card authorizations that people would otherwise not want to put in emails. It also allows me to send Terms of Service and keep track of who's received them.
