Simple For Clients

What do you like best about the product?
I sent hundreds of documents to clients. No one contacted me with problems understanding how to sign complex documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a little learning curve to get started adding fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow saves hours by not requiring calendar time devoted to meeting clients just to sign documents. Now they can ask a question via text, I explain it via text and they then sign the form. It’s painless

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and makes my life so much easier. Snail mail takes forever, and it's great to be able to get signed documents back almost immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to merge documents that already have the sign fields filled out, instead of having to re-do once they're merged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems! It makes signing documents a quick and easy process, and I like being able to add a personal message along with sending the document.

What do you like best about the product?
This app is easy use and efficient with your time! Not a lot of extra stuff to fool around with, you can just get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upload sometimes drags or freezes, but not often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can go paperless and mobile, which is important in my line of work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is VERY easy to use. The steps are simple to follow and the quality is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the android app will act up but the apple app works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not really had any problems. The benefits are I can get signatures from clients wherever they are with the use of a smartphone. It makes getting signatures a breeze without having to arrange schedules.

that I have to always reenter my email address to email myself the signed document- the app should remember email addresses

benefits are tremendous- when you can easily obtain a signature or enter fields on a PDF/complete a form without having to print and scan- wow, makes my life so much easier

Easy to use, reliable. I also like the fact that I am able to cc colleagues.

People who are cced are not kept in memory so i always have to rewrite the full email addresses.

I dislike that you can transfer documents to other user accounts.

Being able to send the documents digitally and having clear instructions on how to complete paperwork makes processes smoother

Nothing I DONT like. I've been using is for 5 months and have been very happy with the product

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use! We upload our agreements, contracts, accounting paperwork, waivers, etc. then add a few quick fill in or signature spots and send it off to clients or vendors for signature. Easy peasy. And we love that we always have a record of signed docs showing when they were signed for our records. And the reminder send is great for forgetful or busy signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, although it would be great to have the option to send a doc to multiple people for signature and allow any one of them to sign off on it - instead of having to designate the singer(s) in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less back and forth with clients. A simple and organized paper trail. Fast, more official looking paperwork that's easy to sign on the go from a smart phone or computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get fast, easy sign offs from anyone in your business: clients, employees, vendors, partners, volunteers, etc. and keep a record of the docs you send, date send, who signed off on them, etc. Great for referencing later!
