What do you like best about the product?
We can save on ink & paper. Its also quick and easy and most of our customers get it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. The only probably that we run into is our insureds have some difficulties. If they only have a phone or tablet they have to download the app. This creates issues.

Teaching our insureds how to use technology.

The ability to download a doc, ease of signing it, the sending it back to original sender

Hard to use on a smaller phone like a regular iPhone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not always at my computer when my contractor or real estate agent sends docs to sign. I can easily download the file, sign, and send back in a matter of minutes.

Easy to use, keeps track of everything. Very reliable and error proof. Super low price.

Only 1 thing I don't like is that I can't CUSTOMIZE the SIGNER EMAIL.
by default it only says my email address and NEEDS your SIGNATURE. I wish I could customize that without having to copy and paste or type it in manually every time. I would love to just put instead"My business name NEEDS YOUR SIGNATURE instead and save it. There should be a way to SAVE THIS SIGNER EMAIL as default or a template

What do you like best about the product?
signatures are always beautiful, legible, and it's easy for the client to use the application to sign the documents we send them by email
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot write the names of the documents with accents (é, è, ô, à ...)

Streamlined & Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, straightforward and cost-effective. Like other eSignature solutions, it saves a ton of time and paper by allowing documents to be signed at signee’s convenience, but it has just the right amount of features at a good price.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand, signees have to create an account. With other eSignature solutions, this isn’t required.
It can also be a little clunky at times and when signing in person, it doesn’t give the option for the signee to put in their own email and instead shows my email as having signed the document in the history, rather than the signee. I of course use the photo ID to counterbalance this, but that feature isn’t quite so straightforward in that the photo ID attachment isn’t clearly linked to anywhere.

Streamlined the signing process. We no longer need to set up a meeting to have documents signed, nor do we need to send PDFs for people to then sign and send back, etc
