Great to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and friendly to use. I've been using it on a daily basis and usually there is not a problem

The template portion can be better. Sometimes the text boxes are not aliged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send leases out digitally and not through physical mail.

Allowing clients to sign documents electronically and the ability to create a chain of approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easily editable after sending. For example, changing a mandatory check box to not mandatory. I had to redo 50 documents to change this one field.

As a non-profit, the fees are challenging, however, they are on par with similar software applications.

Sing Now is providing my team with reduced time on task by making reuesting signatures on documents very efficient.

Having the ability to send and receive time sensitive documents without the need for travel.

Complexity of the app. Too much going on. Needs to be simplified.

What do you like best about the product?
signNow is super user friendly and has all the things my companies need to work with clients. Never an issue with a client recieving a form or filling it out.

I have had zero issues with the program. Notifications are great, and clients find it easy to use.

Clients need to be able to easily give us authorization to perform maintenance for them, E-Signature makes that simple and effective

What do you like best about the product?
I can sign and file documents in real-time, regardless of location and time. I appreciate that it gives notifications and informs me once signed. I can also cc my team on the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive for ordinary people to use. I can only use its features because it was purchased by the company that I work with. I hope it offers better packages.

Documents can get lost and forgotten. But SignNow made it easy for me to find, download and track the progress. It has been troublesome before I used this app/ service.

Easy to use. The pricing is great compared to other competing products.

I wish that the user admin functions were more straightforward and applied monthly to a corporate plan.

I think it is a very intuitive tool to use. One thing that I particularly appreciate is that you keep making good changes and adding new improvements

The validation process for third parties (for some of the recipient of our signed documents the validated PDF in not enough). The validation could be made through a link of verification or a QR code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy process to sign documents in any jurisdiction. I´m the internal layer of the company and I send documents for signature almost every day. SigNow makes my job to collect firms easier.
