Effortless Signing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to upload documents and quickly request an electronic signature through email. I like that it emails you when the document has been signed and pdf is sent to you via email. You can jsut download right there and get it sent off or filed immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a form you want to fill out electronically this is not my favorite software. It is really great to use for admins and assistants to retrieve authorized signatures. I would say my rule of thumb if there are more than 10 fields to fill in this program can be frustrating. The text box placement when moved increases the font size and it is hard to see if it is level on the form, causing multiple fields to be at varying heights. Although digitally filled in can look a bit unprofessional when sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before I enjoy the ease of uploading documents and requesting signatures via email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you own your own business or have a lot of contracts this is a good option. I'm not sure what the security protection is like with the software though.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on my end and also on my clients end, it's easy for them to sign and document the documents, because they get an automated email with the attachment. Even if you don't download the attachment it's there on your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients have a hard time opening it

It made my job much easier, I'm now able to document everything on their cloud or email. It has saved me so much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend SIgn Now, it has changed my business greatly! I'm now able to have all my contracts in one place. I also love the kiosk mode when using an Ipad, I use this on trade shows when clients sign up for my services and I have them sign the contract on the spot and I'm able to send a copy of the signed agreement to their emails within minutes. My clients love it and besides that you also look more professional by doing this.

I love being able to generate a signing link I can use over and over for general contracts.

I wish there was a way to organize forms, i.e. folders to categorize templates.

We are able to send our clients contracts online, which saves us a lot of time, energy and paper.

Great if you are looking to expedite paperwork with clients and staff.
Excellent Program
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. More value for your money compared to it's competitors. I used DocuSign and Soda PDF prior to it.

I wish there was a way to manage the email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esignatures are easy, I like the email notifications. Other programs, don't attach the document to the email so you have to log into the program to get it.
Actual, Real Electronic Signature
What do you like best about the product?
I love that documents can actually be electronically signed with your finger or stylus on smartphones, tablets, and pads! It is your actual signature in an electronic, digital format. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It has not been adopted by a seemingly rather large number of financial entities, particularly dealing with mortgage lending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients are saved the hassle of printing, signing, scanning, and sending back by return email.

It has been a resource for me doing what other electronic signing services didn't do.

I like that it is easy to use and allows options to customize like add initials, signatures, date and time. The other feature is the security by allowing to verify with phone number as it gives an extra layer to prevent fraud.

there is nothing that I dislike at this time. The features I want are all available in higher tier plans.

You can access from desktop or your cellphone, makes it a breeze to fill out important forms on the go and the instant update when it's signed is convenient.

There are definitely days with more glitches than others but it never stays down long. Overall we are super happy with the value for the price point.
