Affordable digital signing service with all the features needed
What do you like best about the product?
We were using a competitor previously and their service was good, but price started to become an issue. After vetting signNow, we were able to determine that we could switch for a more affordable price without skipping a beat. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend talking to the signNow team and getting a demo of the platform because I think you'll be surprised at how equivalent their offering is.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're used to a different service, it will take some getting used to, but I don't think it will take you long to overcome this barrier. With a little time, you'll be up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to get contracts, tax forms, etc., easily sent out and signed. The platform also gives me updates on the status of documents, which is helpful as well.
The ability to have associates sign documents are amazing

I would say the website and be a little more smooth.

This is the most trustworthy and cost-effective electronic signature program on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SignNow is its intuitive interface. It makes sure that digital signatures are both secure and convenient. The user interface of SignNow is designed in a way that is very easy to use, with features such as signature fields, boxed text, date pickers, and checkbox setups that allow you to finalize a document before sending it. There are also many different options that you can choose from in terms of email addresses so that you can customize the program to your own needs. In addition, the program's design makes it perfect for team collaboration on documents since you can easily merge multiple signed papers into one document using the basic merging capabilities offered by SignNow. All in all, this is a fantastic product with lots of potential uses both at home and for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the ability to send an email to a specific address whenever someone submits a form. When working in a team environment, selecting which team members receive specific notifications about signed documents is advantageous. There is no way currently change this, so I have forwarded the documents manually to the appropriate recipients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The signNow by airplane has significantly reduced the time required to get document signatures. Having these prefabricated documents has reduced the time spent on repetitive tasks multiple times per week. This has dramatically enhanced our output and efficiency.
Easy to use at any technical level
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up templates has saved me and my team so much time. Instead of starting from scratch each time we need to send a new document, we are able to utilize the templates we've created to quickly and efficiently get documents out the door for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to remove a signer from a document after sending it for signature. I don't need this feature/capability often but it would make my life so much easier in those moments if I were able to edit the signers after someone has already signed instead of having to start all over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that signNow has helped to solve for us is removing the need for manual follow-up on pending signatures. While we do still reach out to clients to check in on the progress of approvals, signNow sends automatic reminders that hit our clients' inboxes and help us minimize the amount of outreach needed by any member of our team.

I think that they change things on the site too often. The way things are laid out is different some days.

Sign now is easy to use and makes it quick and easy for my customers to sign documents.

The most helpful thing about Sign Now is the ease of setting up a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when changes are made that aren't helpful, a good example is when buttons are moved around. If changes are made, it would be nice to have some pop-ups explaining the changes and where things have moved.

This solves sending a document to a customer and having them print it first, sign it, scan it, and send it back to me. It takes a lot of the legwork out and makes it so I can just send via email and my customer can sign the same way.
Easy Solution for Executing Contracts for Customers
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very simple to use. The mobile app makes it easy to get things done on the go. This solution has a better price than other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When repeating a contract, the system should be able to pick up the fields needed. A template should not be needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send contracts for signature right away. The customer can sign the document on many devices.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is easy to use and provides a user-friendly way to organize and file documents. We have a basic subscription, so I'm sure that an upgraded version would provide even more features that would be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to edit my address book. Once an email is used, it seems to be there for life. It would be nice to have the option of deleting an address. This may be a feature for an upgraded subscription, but it would be nice if a basic subscription could delete emails.

They are now allowing different programs to be uploaded. Other than Word & PDFs, I can now upload Excel.
Good, not as easy to use as I wish

Works properly. Not too complicated and doesn't require training

Sometimes you want to add free text on the agreement or add some fields and it's a little too complicated
