Reviews of newrelic
What do you like best about the product?
Newrelic is the best tool for monitoring the JVM metrics, like response time and infra health. And also help to manage the microservice's health and configure to alert metrics as convenient for the user to run infra smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very costly, and the new relic has updated the new ui, where we cannot find the metrics by instance (JVM) wise to find out the root cause. Very delayed response time from the support team. Many times also find minor bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New relic is helping us find the root cause of service outages and take action before client impact. It's beneficial, and the most trustworthy matrics are the provider.
One of the best Cyber Security Platform

Easy to deploy, highly effective in detecting threats , Easy to use. highly flexible as it could be used both in cloud based as well as on premises or in hybrid environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution needs more RPA and AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
K2's best feature is that it can solve complex tasks, issues, and projects with little coding.
K2 is light weight and great vulnerability software for cyber attacks.
What do you like best about the product?
It is lightweight, easy to implement and use, and helps track many vulnerabilities. Also, it can be implemented on-premises, cloud or in hybrid environments. Also, it is one of a kind to enforce Optimized Control Flow Integrity (OCFI) technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit tedious to manage, it has some minor glitches, and K2's support for the DevOps team is weak. But other than it is a great new tool for the zero-day attack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks down most of the significant vulnerabilities, has negligible false positive alerts, and has one-of-a-kind Optimized Control Flow Integrity (OCFI) technology.

What do you dislike about the product?
The bad points about newrelic are:
1. Not suitable to find RCA, but can tell you something is wrong, for example, it can't tell you which line of code is causing the problem
2. Dashboard customization options are not available
3. There are not a lot of metrics it tracks, it just tracks the important ones.

We use New Relic for tracking the application metrics like latency, p95, p99, and mean time, and its dashboard is the first thing we track after any release. It can tell you when something goes wrong, it has alerting policies and can push alerts on the mail and even slack channels which is very useful.
Using new relic for crash analysis, user journeys, funneling
What do you like best about the product?
New Relic is easy to integrate, updation of code is easy with a single line, new relic dashboard is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike here but only thing is a person needs to have a basic idea of how to run queries (similar to sql queries). But this can be easily overcome for a new person by keeping a handbook of all the queries to be run to get a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using new relic mostly to identify and debug crashes in production. How and what of a fail case, steps to reproduce that bug is what i use new relic primarily for.
Best Infra Monitoring Tools
What do you like best about the product?
the APM management. Notification, Log access, Entire Stack monitor with New Relic is super Easy. Integration with your Cloud is super easy. Representation of data & UI is super cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing such as but sometime APM does not showes all logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its provides complete Stack monitoring from one place.
This tool truly helps you achieve observability without necessary starting from scratch.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to leverage any current monitoring you have in place either by open source or in-house. It is fully compatible, and once it's integrated with NR, you can seamlessly use all its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having such an open-ended approach impacts NR ability to provide artifacts like dashboards, alerts, etc. out-of-the-box for everything is compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us find problems in our environments before we receive any complaints from stakeholders, clients, and other teams. Saves a lot of time to have a single pane of glass when troubleshooting an issue.
Multi Platform and Solid APM, but still third party.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it supports multiple clouds seamlessly, and has a simple and straightforward installation process. The APM tools are bar none and a lot of effort was clearly put in to making information easy to find and visualizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still an extra installation process, and the ins and outs of that process aren't made very clear in the quickstart or the docs themselves -- if I wanted to install this in a k8s cluster, what variables do I need to set? Do I REALLY have to mount a file'?
Also, the line between the various products (APM, synthetics, errors, etc) are not at immediately intuitive -- to me or to the devs on my team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The error reporting has been really handy. NRQL is solid and has made it easy to throw together dashboards that we check at least weekly.
Lower-urgency issues that used to go unsolved for weeks are now visible, which is a big deal for a small team like ours.

Really good at what it does and its reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability, people are friendly, helps us create dashboards very easily and even the management folks understand it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say, but may be the data is too congested at times so thats something which could be improved upon with better UI etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Reliability, assurance, troubleshooting etc.
Easy to identity problems
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use and the graphs/charts are useful while troubleshooting. NR has helped us to find some of the problems and narrow it down to code level during severity1.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like managing user access management with v1. We need to migrate to v2. Very high close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to detect and resolve problems with during critical incident. We also need to corelate services.
