New Relic is a go to tool for us in observability
What do you like best about the product?
New Relic shines in it's ease of integration, data collection and presentation, and it's slick dark theme!
It's an easy tool to get massive amounts of important information on ways to impove our APIs every day.
Integration is simple and swift and the customer service is top notch!

What do you dislike about the product?
Main downside is only the cost really. For smaller companies is can be hard to justify but it is worth it if you can get the confidence in your services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic is helping us diagnose bottlenecks in our API response times. We have improved our responses massively and since then our users have seen incredible improvements and quality of our service.

What do you like best about the product?
New Relic has saved countless hours in debugging and diagnosing issues with our applications and stack. The insights provided are unparalleled and have enabled us to drastically improve customer experience while reducing needed developer hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about New Relic. The cost can be steep, but the ROI is huge. The hours saved and the improved customer experience far outweigh any associated costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic has allowed us to identify hidden bottlenecks and address the issues without waiting for customer reports.

Price competitive platform for complete APM needs
What do you like best about the product?
We love there pricing, tech stack detection and suggestions to install required tools in one click and customized dashboards with easy navigations
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I think would be lovely if the free account can be used to use read only features like APM etc, So far I could read logs but it wasnt permitted for APMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very hard for us to find production bugs and the traces of it, Now with APM and log monitoring, We are just able to rock the debugging and fix any issues asap compared to before
Awesome tool to analyze the applications
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending the data to the New Relic portal with most of our applications. The implementation was easy and great customer support which was helpful for onboarding the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation on the official webstie sometimes is out-dated and need to be little more clear for reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in identifying the websites performance as well the errors which the user might be experiencing.
New Relic - A multifaceted tool for Synthetic monitoring and visualization
What do you like best about the product?
New Relic has become more advance with its latest features of AI and ML integrations. The AI integrated new relic can identify root causes and issues live on productions and monitoring environments. It has implemented one more good feature knowns as New relic query language i.e NRQL similar to other query language but more dedicated to new relic for easy search, update and delete operations across multiple environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
New relic has already improved in terms of cost by introducing cost analyzer on the dashboard. It gives an estimate calculations about the usage and costing of the resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic has helped our logistics business by providing leverage for real-time monitoring of issues by triggering the incidents in case of failures and which has helped us to keep our system more reliable and stable during peak hours of business.
Very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Features I like most which other tool(s) did not have and the interface was horrible. New Relic provides comprehensive application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring and synthetic monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Relic was implemented 2 months ago and it is hard to say if there are any dislikes at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to New Relic, the tools used was not providing meaningful information and 99.9999% of the time the alerts were too late and after the fact. Also, in New Relic, the dashboards are amazing and helps quickly jump into problematic area.

Newrelic is one of the great modern monitoring tools available in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to understand the NRQL compared to other vendors via tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic helps to solve our system load and adjust our autoscaling capabilities in kubernetes clusters.

It is very application team friendly where they can gather the stats of database very easily

It is not DBA monitoring system where we need to enhance few things to configure.

It is helpful for alerting the metrics where we can action immediately

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and easy to implement with AWS infrastructure
What do you dislike about the product?
The event notification mechanism is sometimes finicky and we had challenges setting things up properly, but not everything appears to be working as expected, at last.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to centralize all of our logs from all of our infrastructure, so we can monitor everything from a single location.
