What do you like best about the product?
I’ve started appreciating how quickly it helps me spot issues without digging through multiple tools. The dashboards load fast and give a clear picture of what is happening in the system. I also like that the alerts are more accurate now, so I get fewer unnecessary notifications and more useful one
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's the pricing.The pricing can still feel a little heavy for smaller teams, so a bit more flexibility would help. Sometimes there are too many features in one place, and it can feel a little crowded when you just want to find something simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application Perfomance Testing, Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring, User Experience Monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
New Relic offers instant visibility into your application's performance and allows you to identify Errors or Slow down quickly. Has a detailed Dashboard and reports, which is so helpful. Has Alert System. Ease of Integration, User friendly interface. Strong Ecosystem and Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is a bit complex and potentially expensive, especially for large teams or organizations with high volume of data. The platform provides with a lot of detailed data and metrics, which can be useful but a bit overwhelming as well. Has Limited customization. Limited Free Tier, Support can be slow sometimes

It will help to find and fix quickly and very effectively. Also, it makes it easier to track problems that might affect multiple services or servers. it reduce time and increases the efficiency of developers

What do you like best about the product?
I have noticed recently that the New relic has stayed consistently and reliable. The improved dashboard and error detection and alerting makes it easier for us to work forward .
What do you dislike about the product?
New Relic is currently one of the best platform , but I feel the interface a little bit crowded. So i feel simplifying or providing guidance would make easier for beginners.

New Relic supports DevOps, site reliability and network operations teams by delivering real-time alerts and identifying irregularities in it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New relic provides visibility into our application and server, which helps to detect performance issues or bottlenecks and respond to incidents quicker. New relic's ability to co-relate application errors with server or database spikes or slowdowns helps to identify and mitigate the issues faster, thus significantly improving our downtimes and optimizations. The proactive alerting also helps to optimize performance before the users can notice an impact, therefore making it a critical tool in our fine tuning and reliability monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Monitor the entire application stack, including front-end (browser and mobile), back-end, and infrastructure. Eg: Monitoring a real-time e-commerce PHP platform's response times during a sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use NewRelic on my Magento application. Magento relies heavily on cron jobs for indexing, cache refresh, and order processing. New Relic may interfere with these, sometimes causing unexpected slowdowns or failures in background tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps optimize MySQL performance( slow queries) , Alerts on issues—notifies me before a crash or slowdowns affect customers

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
New Relic is already a strong and feature-rich platform, but one area that could improve is simplifying some of the advanced dashboards and settings for new users. A more beginner-friendly onboarding experience and clearer guidance for complex configurations would make the tool even better. Apart from that, most features are genuinely useful and work very effectively
