What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see internal software problems using purepaths and memory dumps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nonintuitive interface. - this is very hard for new administrator or developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: easy way to see internal software problems

Learn business and developers how to use this software.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great tool to provide end user experience insights with an ability to give high level dashboards based on business outcomes all the way down finite details
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Citrix and HDX protocols is still limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of ‘Classic’ applications that have service challenges such as slow performance that we have never been able to address. Using Dynatrace we have been able to map user experience right down to problems with the underlying database queries to get to root cause in just a few clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leading product with so much capability with great releases always bringing new technology

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is an intuitive monitoring platform that helps Dev and Ops teams to collaborate around the applications and business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dark side of the platform is the price. Many customer consider that is expensive, and maybe Dynatrace consider another licence form for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detect the cause of errors and incidents quickly. The major benefits is reduce cost in maintain teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace allows to have a unique visible on the App Mobile performance monitoring and correlated with the requested services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and dashboarding are difficult to adapt for the different type of Dynatrace users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on the mobile app user behaviors and on the performance from the user perspective.

Sometimes ambiguous web interface for deep analysis.
