What do you like best about the product?
Installtion easiness, user experience, important features. Managed zones is an imporant features that let us have a view for eacho of our kubernetes cluster
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no advanced training video in the online university at least for customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance issues, why kubernetes nodes and pods go down
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use it, it will free you resources and let them focus more on the main stuff of your business

What do you like best about the product?
In a large organisation as ours, we were able to deploy dynatrace to > 5000 hosts without any problems being reported. We are able to see all the information in a single view and therefore giving us fully visibility of our estate and it is AI powered learning behaviour of our hosts and applications and adjusting thresholds accordingly
What do you dislike about the product?
The level of database monitoring is not as it is supposed to be. We were able to see more detail in another monitring application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application performance, giving us quicker mean time to repair.

Extremely easy to use, but provides you with a holistic view of your entire monitoring estate

From and infrastructure monitoring perspective,, there is still opportunities for more coverage

Is the application available, can the user transact, and if so, then what is his experience

Dynatrace provides a holistic view of your environment. From a High level perspective to Code level. It is easy to use, but extremely powerful at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic behaviour, easy of start, automatic data evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes unexpected product changes due to quick development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow applications. Problems with applications without proper documentation, abandoned apps,. Product automatically understand application internals.

What do you like best about the product?
The very fast deployment rollout with little to no requirements for any changes to monitored environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is evolving very quickly, some features may disappear or change the way customers are using them without knowing in advance. A more transparent roadmap with much more technical details will be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance and availability issues. Troubleshooting and post mortem analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
OOTB functionality, breadth of supported technologies, fantastic possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really name any. When used for what it’s advertised it works fantastically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide Dynatrace to our customers to solve various Ops / DevOps issues, improve performance, find misconfigurations.

Try having a quick PoC to see the value and benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The problem analysis features and the system topology information. All toghether helps you understand where your apps can be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first logins the huge amount of data and features can confuse and make you lost. This gets fixed as you start digging into it.

Perfomance and service outage issues

Dynatace excels in the number of Technologies supported and its extensibility and third party product integrations

Licensing model and overall pricing specially on large deployments. Lack of flexibility with some integrations

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to find the exact point and the cause of a fault when one of our customers has a problem for example with payment, it really works at the time you need it in my opinion are the best with respect to other services that You can find them in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are few things that I do not like one of them is that they make many changes in the user interface that the user has to constantly adapt to the use of the software. some functions are a bit difficult to configure if you have not had any previous experience with the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly increased the ability to identify the problems related to our customers and we have been able to reciducir the capacity of response and justification to this problem. Another benefit is being able to see exactly the applications in the same way that customers do, this allows us to be able to make better analyzes and maintain market competitiveness.

I recommend this software 100% really is very useful and I like it a lot
