The auditorium has tight seats. Some sessions are too crowded

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it frees up my teams time to focus on innovation instead of maintenance and monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure our company has had the best enablement on using the platform out of the box. I think we need better training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to deliver a consistently fast and engaging user experience and we want to be able to show the impact the user experience has on the business goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Sorther debugging time by isolating the issues with few clicks. Also, I love the built-in search functionality; I can get to what I want with few key strokes. Having all the data in one place makes sense to avoid disconnects here and there and to pinpoint issues faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know implementing a new version requires some changes, but having to have several clients for different, what I would consider, minor releases should not prompt to download a new version of the client. If backend is somehow compatible with previous version, why not do same for client version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better monitoring and incident prevention
Very good business analysis
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a POC and discuss your requirements with your Dynatrace representative, this way they can help you on your journey to a better monitoring experience without worrying too much who will be looking at the screen all day

What do you like best about the product?
As a lead developer, I greatly appreciate the way Dynatrace captures and aggregates the health and usage metrics for the apps. In just the past five months, Dynatrace has helped us identify several application bottlenecks and components that required refactoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
About the only complaints I have are around the area of lacking functionality in Dynatrace Managed when compared to the SaaS solution. Once all functionality of SaaS is available, there is not much more that is needed. There are currently limitations in reporting and granularity of sharing dashboards, but announcements have been made that this concern will be addressed in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are automating some help desk ticket creation based upon problems found during the continuous monitoring of applications. We are starting to use Dynatrace to help find performance issues during the early stages of development, reducing the amount of technical debt being accrued in production. I'm looking forward to using synthetic transaction monitoring to automate much of the regression testing effort that currently delays delivery of solutions substantially.

Try it, you'll like it!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplification of our current suite of monitoring tools to a single entity monitoring across multiple technologies inclusive on infrastructure and applications. Ease of training our staff and leveraging the product for our operational support
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed with which agents get consumed by our deployment

Reduction in operational impact to our internal customers by honing in on root cause and reducing TTR. Being able to see an end to end view

Purchase enough agents up from to cover your environment

Dynatrace review for complex environments

What do you like best about the product?
Support of modern and legacy technologies enables monitoring of everything from mobile to cloud to mainframe. The automation in agent management simplifies administration for large companies. The traceability and AI of the product will revolutionize incident response to quickly perform root cause and impact analysis for simple and complex issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some 3rd party data integrations can require significant scaling to capture all data. Limitations in dimensions for data and query interface can inhibit analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly identifying the impact and root cause of issues impacting clients and business services. The single pane of glass across all technologies provides a standard interface for technologists across business and technology to interact and understand the health of IT services. The new capabilities in GRAIL are addressing product limitations in ad hoc analytics beyond issue identification and resolution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the closest product Ive seen with a single pane of glass for enterprise health.

Great Software

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and is always growing with the changes in the environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say that I do not like is the Agent price. :). Outside of that it works great for Indiana Farm Bureau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to find out all application problems before the user report them. Have resolved issues that we have seen for months and were never able to resolve with out it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it and do not event look at other product. We have and they do not add up to what Dynatrace a can do.

The best thing is understanding dependencies of technologies made very easy.
Product setup is simple and easy to understand.

None as of now most of its already been taken care.
