What do you like best about the product?
Real time alerts and in depth analysis, and more specifilly the AI alerting is amazing. I can’t stress the baseline analysis enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could use some more in terms of making it more understandable.

Dynatrace hard to put it in production but it worth it

What do you like best about the product?
The way that let you go deeper in the application, classes, methods
What do you dislike about the product?
That everything in the older versions has to be done in the standalone app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial issues, overall transactional issues and sometimes dB issues

Go ahead with Dynatrace it really worth it

What do you like best about the product?
Dashdboards! It’s super convenient to have every piece of information right were do you need it, it’s great that you can add or remove chart or reports according to your or your business needs.

Another really good aspect it’s the Monitoring tools, almost every piece of your application can be monitored, server resources, data bases, if its at Dynatrace reach you can be sure that you can keep track of the information (Which by the way it has been proved by our team to be accurate and reliable)
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be complex at first, specially if you are a non technical resource, documentation helps but it’s a complex application that requires time and dedication.

Migration between services can be complex and documentation not always provide every piece of information on how to actually do it (although customer support is really good)

Even saying that, once you get the overall picture and play around with it it will be like any other limb of your organization body
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main one is user usability of our applications, before it was hard to generate usability reports that reflected an accurate status, now its peace of cake! We can present real information with confidence (technical or non technical users all the same)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try with the demos, the product works and make wonders, just be sure that it’s the right fit for your organization. Also, be sure to detect which components and where those can be used. Piece of advice, before a whole install/migration separate your business components so you can understand which kind of information you will get

Road map was too broad in dates. `hard to plan future action items when timelines aren’t agile

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to identify slow sessions and the underlying requests and services, and view the SQL statements involved
What do you dislike about the product?
The switch/level from application to service to process group should be less defined. The service and the process group are one. Need to merge those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace’s session tracing has allowed us to visualize our traditional and micro services and help the whole team understand the backend architecture and how to make it better for our users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! Use the one agent on a variety of services, implement some synthetic monitors, and dive into your database and backend services. The visibility of every request is incredible.

The Dynatrace are the best APM platform. Simple installation and settings. Session replay is amazing.

100% satisfied, this product is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Dynatrace dashboard. I use Dynatrace in all aspects of my daily job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get Irratated sometimes when trying to drill down on a problem and not getting to the exact root cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace helps us find finan;cially impacting issues quickly, and now before we are actually impacted.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is so easy to use. Simple agent install automatically discovers the full stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product seems a little immature but that may be because of the rate of new features coming out. They release constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace gives us code level visibility into our entire application. We’ve been able to prevent major issue by finding them earlier in development.

It’s probably the cost. It is also hard to convince the users because of this.
