What do you like best about the product?
The large amount of information available about the environment we are using, the services, apps and processes, and how everything goes together to help with root-cause analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
Process group tagging is hit and miss, not always working as intended, making the dashboard creation a pain and sometimes even unreliable.
Root-cause analysis for kubernetes pod restarts not always can be done with the available information from dynatrace recorded events
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most of the issues we have, the provided informations are more than sufficient to expedite the identification of the root-cause and to help fixing them in a timely manner

Dynatrace is powerful tool for event management

What do you like best about the product?
We have integrated Dynatrace with ServiceNow for event management. Dynatrace creates incidents and events in ServiceNow. This has helped us in eliminating service outages for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amazing tool with rich features, nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace integration with ServiceNow has helped in reducing service outages.Very less breach of Service Level Agreement. We have also used Dynatrace to discover and populate our CMDB.

Best APM & Observability Tool available

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace has been able to fill in the visibility gaps that we had with many of our applications. It has quickly become the favorite monitoring tool that we use and continues to expand functionality and is helping us to replace many legacy tools that have not been able to innovate and keep up with new technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero dislikes when it comes to using Dynatrace. It has been super easy to implement while any issues/questions that we did have were quickly remedied by the Dynatrace support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace allows us to see all the way down to the code level to easily point out the errors and failures that are affecting the end users of our applications. Using session replay we can easily see a visual playback of real end user sessions while all of the performance metrics are automatically baselined and alert on anomalies with little to no configuration.

What do you like best about the product?
We were using five different tools and also getting complaints from developers/admins that they had to use multiple devices. Dynatrace had all those capabilities, so that was the best part, and now we are in perfect shape with a single tool across the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynatrace is still lagging around the Database monitoring area so that should be taken on high priority
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tools Consolidation / Ease of use / Easy Deployment / Excellent Adoption
