I would like them to add serverless capabilities, because everyone is going there.

More than five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The stability is rock solid. We put a lot of stress on it.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability is amazing. It is the best. One of our customers is a massive healthcare customer.
How is customer service and technical support?
I am a partner, so I know people in technical support who I can contact.
How was the initial setup?
The integration and configuration was easy.
What was our ROI?
We have seen ROI with this product.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The price could be improved.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We also evaluated New Relic and AppDynamics. We chose Dynatrace for the hybrid version and price.
What other advice do I have?
I want to tell people about its hybrid security capabilities. A lot of people have legacy experience with the tool, so it is valuable. They would not have to reinvent the wheel.
We use a hybrid environment, so we have to use the both AWS and on-premise versions.

Dynatrace ease of deployment is not like any other comparable products. Added to this, it has native support for containers and most major cloud platforms. Integrated AI for analysis and business impact evaluation makes troubleshooting performance issues very easy

With ruxit everything worked just out of the box.
No code changes, no configuration no threshold hassle. I executed only two commands on each host and mere seconds later my whole environment showed up in what ruxit calls “Smartscape view”.

For us, ruxit gives a objective vision and intelligence for IT operations that needs high performance.
