Great quality and professional support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Bright Data for offering high-quality proxies, a variety of payment plans, and professional staff that make the overall experience with their services great. Oxana N. assisted with setting up the proxy infrastructure and custimizing the payment plan to match our needs and optimize the costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bright Data pricing plans can be expensive at times, but it's a price for high-quality service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightData helped us to set up proxy inrastructure so that we can rotate exit IP addresses.
Had some issues, but support team figured it out

I've been using their service since April 2021 and paid for 30 residential dedicated proxies from Canada. There were some interruptions sometimes, but overall I would recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced quite some interruptions with their residential IP zone, but we decided to stick to what actually works - ISPs and datacenter.

Providing access to the Canadian IP network.

What I like the best about bright data is their custom proxy solution. And, of course, the speed is better than other proxy providers.
But its no longer providing the support as it should be. There are now more inteneted to earn money instead of taking care of there customers

They signed a contract with me, the limit of contract was that i will spend $3000 every month but i said i want to increase it to $5000.
But now when i said i want to lower the contract price they want to charge me higher.
Also they did not refunded me the extra credits that i never used.

The most helpful thing about Bright Data is the fast services and support when you have related issues. Your supporter will always be available to help you pass the issues you meet.

The things that I want to improve from Bright Data are the documents, because the document related a lot things relate so will be better when the source of documents is easy to find out from the user page.

Bright Data provides the proxy to access any website with any block or restrictions, it will help you a lot incase you want to access any website without block, save a lot the time and workload.

The easiness in integration as well as in monitoring side. The dashboard is helpful, completed by the responsive of the account manager

Bright data offer a product for us to use as a proxy network in crawling. It helps us smoothen the activity compared to the previous period (when we don't use Bright data product)
