Great data collecting service, generally fast turn around and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
We compared a few options for data collection but ended up with Bright Data because we really appreciated the self-serve dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the turnaround is a bit slower, but still generally quite fast (faster than others we compared to).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
The consistency and availability of their proxy services are easily some of the best we've ever used. We also use their proxy manager which allows us to really streamline our use of proxies and minimize the administrative burden of managing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a costly service compared to other alternatives, which is somewhat justified based on how well and consistently their proxies perform. Further, due to the way their system works, we have had difficulty using the proxies with certain configurations, such as on mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use proxies to provide US-based addresses to our remote employees
Getting Exactly What You Pay For with Excellent Support!
What do you like best about the product?
When we first started using Bright Data, it was evident they were monitoring usage levels and despite being on a pay-as-you-go plan, they made recommendations to switch to a plan that ended up saving us money. I respect any company that prioritizes giving their customers more value like that despite it costing them a bit of revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Bright Data for ~5 months now and haven't had any issues yet. Everything works as expected and our developer has had no concerns with how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed proxies for our online software and this product delivers exactly what we need at a cost-effective price tag. They are reliable which means we have one less thing to worry about.

Unprofessional in keeping their SLA and customer demands ,mostly unreliable support, account management APIs are mostly non functional

1. The accounting system that generates invoices is constrained due to Brightdata's tax location (Israel).
2. When our data breach occurred, it did take the support team some time (2-3 hrs) to suggest where to look for the logs.
