The best solution for business growth
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Bright Data around 6 months ago and it gave us a growth leap for our business. You can easily handle with services Bright Data provides even with a minimum knowledge of IT. Moreover, once you start your journey with Bright Data they immediately provide you with a manager who will assist you anytime and anywhere. Our manager Pedro Silva is one of the best managers we've ever met. He is very polite and at the same time is very professional which gives more than 5 stars. He assists us very fast in case of any troubles and provides us quick solutions for any problems. And finally, we would like to mention that Bright Data doesn't use aggressive marketing where usually companies send hundreds of trash emails every month. They will send you only important emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
We couldn't find any disadvantages of Bright Data

Great Support and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly liked the customer support. Also, it's the best option for our purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is not cheap, and we had to settle for another pricing plan instead of what we intended to in the first place.

We needed static and safe proxies for our accounts, and they are helping us achieve that.

No critical deficiencies identified. There were slight difficulties with paperwork, but the managers solved the issue quite quickly.

Quality proxy servers with fast response times and custom settings

Everything about proxies is available and crystal clear—very good and personalized support.

Very expensive. It's hard to make it profitable from a business point of view. Maybe I'm not the target market.

Bright Data helped me with my facebook business accounts when i got banned on my own ips.

Im solving my facebook account problems which i was always getting banned without this. I love bright Data! I am more productive aswell!

What do you like best about the product?
Dedicated customer support, listens and address client's needs, willing to go way and above to help the client resolve their issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything right now. Since we are developers too, we first try to make-up on what we are missing right here at our side. (e.g. better monitoring and sucess rate tracking). That said, I think we could use some more of already existing monitoring tools on Bright Data dashboard, for example, to track the requests, success rate and similar, filtered by the target. Or the list of most recent error responses in the zone, again filtered by target.

Collecting publicly available data from the web.

Customer service. I've contacted with BrightData's representative Alina Privalchuk. All my questions were closed quickly in a professional manner

Edarl and the Bright Data team made my experience extremely easy and gave me a step by step guide on how to be successful with them.

I wouldn't change anything except I would increase my plan limit soon!

Easy and fast. It' s easy to set up and get it working. And it's fast!

It isn't cheap, but it's quality so that's acceptable.

In case the site needs a log-in, BrightData is not a good option.
