It works, and when it doesn't, the support is excellent, not only it's insightful, but also reactive.

Sometimes the data you are looking for on a page isn't here.
But after a quick ticket, it's fixed.
I feel like the curl example page could have more features, for example, POST request.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to find the categories of products, for that we have to look on the vendors' websites.
We would be kicked by these websites instantly if we tried on our network.

Without question the best proxy provider/solution out there
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of their residential proxies is simply better than any other provider. We have tried bright data's proxies against many other services and the success rate with bright data is always higher. Their "unblocker" product is also amazing, it takes a lot of the work that we used to do internally and lets them handle it, letting us spend our time and energy on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is an issue (rarely, especially as of late), their public page that displays service outages will say everything is fine when infact their systems are indeed having issues (and thus we go hunting for an error internally when the problem actually is not with us). That being said, even google and AWS are bad about this sort of thing themselves. I'll also reiterate that bright data very rarely has these issues (I can't recall any in the last 6+ months)!
The price is also slightly higher than competitors but is absolutely worth it to have a rock solid solution.

Flexibility and easy-of-use of tool to support a wide variety of internal due diligence needs quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Best on the market product: Ultra-fast proxies with high availability which fit most of the use cases. Additinally, they provide quality customer service which makes the whole experience pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brightdata gets expensive especially on a bigger scale, discount model could be better designed and bigger clients who are ready to invest more on the long run should be better encouraged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending requests to public endpoints on a huge scale to get user registration data which is then turned into valuable information when preventing fraudelent activities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. There are pre-fabricated templates you can use or you can create your own "collector". The process is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get a success rate in your collection process, you need to work on the collectors many times. But after you achieve the success rate you want, it is very easy to scale the results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the Bright Data service to fill my sales team with potential leads. The data we are getting helps us to get a better understanding of the size the potential lead.

What do you like best about the product?
Bright Data provides a feature-rich and stable request proxying solution. Their service allows us to utilize a wide array of endpoints, both at datacenters and masquerading as residential IP-addresses, located all over the world, which grants us great flexibility in our workflow. Some of the features their service includes are also very valuable, such as advanced access control, a comprehensive API, great control over exit IP zones and an ability to create and maintain persistent HTTP sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems of inaccessibility of the service, but it happens quite rarely.
