What do you like best about the product?
Bright data services have great features and coverage. The sales team will always propose the most suitable package in a proactive manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say about the dislike. A bit expensive?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time monitoring of traffic usage and reminding me about traffic increase proactively.

What do you like best about the product?
They offer a very flexible pricing model and a variety of data services, including great proxies (which could be a little less expensive when dealing with mobile/residental), that you can tweak to your needs and even pin point to specific cities worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although their proxies are great, for some specific scenarios you'll need to contact your account manager and then their technical team so that they can create a particular zone with specific IPs. But that's also good that you can do that, although sometimes this back and forth when creating custom zones could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here at Crawly, we could overcome most of the websites' IP blocks using BrightData proxy solution, in just a few cases we had to try and find another solution, so it's overall an excellent and reliable service.

What do you like best about the product?
Bright data provides excellent service, they are always concerned about ensuring the service is optimal and how to solve problems. They offer a 24/7 service. The speed of deliveries and taking the company's priorities as their own are also appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is not the cheapest, but the quality of the deliverable and the support make up for the price difference. Ultimately, it is preferred that they charge a little more for the level of service provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are not helping to scrape the market and better understand the competitors. This has been very useful for understanding the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of tools they provide work hand in hand with them. It's a fantastic company with the best team of facilitators. Specifically Matias Chmiel, who worked tirelessly with us. It has an unbeatable workforce and facilitates teamwork and the best results in every possible way.

Nothing really; it's a great company with a great structure and the best ways to help and communicate with its clients. They always seek how to help and provide the best attention

Without Bright Data I couldn't achieve what I needed

What do you like best about the product?
Their proxy solutions (i.e. the Web Unlocker) are exactly what I need in my field of work on a daily basis. They work great, and I overcame significant challenges using these products. All these sound great, but it would not be such a great experience without their constant and top-notch support in solving issues and offering advice. The MVPs of the relationship between my company and Bright Data are, of course, our Account Manager, Marina Matatov: her work enables me to say with remarkable candour that the Cars2click <> Bright Data collaboration is the best one I've ever participated in, and Itamar Efraty: his knowledge of the Web Unlocker inner-workings was instrumental in solving even the most tricky of use cases. It's always a pleasure to collaborate with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the almost two years of collaboration, Bright Data grew a lot as a business. That means that I was a client of theirs during their internal restructurings. The changes to their ticketing and support systems were confusing initially, and the contact person changed a few times. Going forward, this should not happen again; as far as I understand, Bright Data is now a well-established company. The communication between our companies has never been better, and I'm excited to continue working with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection is the most significant challenge in building statistical models for our business logic. The proxy solutions of Bright Data enable our company to gather all the data we need to make that happen. Their ability to unlock even the most well-protected websites and make them susceptible to web scraping is exactly what we need in our endeavours.
