What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta provides a good platform for users to securely access multiple apps with a single set of credentials. I appreciate the focus on security and IAM (Identity and Access Management), which are really valuable features for my needs. The initial setup was pretty much easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Okta’s trial dev instances expire soon. It would be good if the timeline could be extended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta provides a secure, centralized login for users to access multiple apps with one set of credentials, enhancing our security and IAM management.
Friendly Interface, Simple Configuration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta for its ability to group useful applications that aid in training and performance improvement. The interface and usability are excellent, it's user-friendly, and the icons really make it easy to use. Additionally, I found that the initial setup was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part of the exercises with AI could improve quite a bit. The Zerenate application hosted within Okta needed more coherence and feedback to better conduct the roleplay exercise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta groups useful applications for training and performance improvement, with a user-friendly interface and easy usability. However, the Zerenate application needs more consistency and feedback for roleplay exercises.
Streamlined Access with User-Friendly SSO
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to access all the applications I need and sign in to them without having to use all these different passwords by using single sign-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of applications that are not relevant to my job. It would be nice to just not have those visible to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta as a central location to access all my work applications easily, which saves me from searching all over my computer. It simplifies sign-in with single sign-on, reducing the need for multiple passwords.
Easy Installation and Smooth Verification Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to install as well as the verification method.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app works little slower or freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hassle free Multi factor Authorization is easier to work with. It is benefitting me by securely log into my account.

I like the simplicity and security of Okta. The Okta quick pass is another handy feature I enjoy, allowing me to use a thumbprint to sign in. I also appreciate how quickly it allows me to sign in to multiple customer tools. The speed of sign-in with Okta stands out for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta is very easy to use, allowing me to just have one login at the start of the day, and it's usually smooth even when I get logged out. I can access all the software I need to do my job, which is really convenient. I mostly value their marquee feature, which lets me log into multiple accounts from a single login. It's been helpful for requesting certain software from corporate. The initial setup was easy, and it integrates with other software as a login function. Honestly, it's pretty good overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take some time to get logged in on my first try, especially if you're not used to it

I use Okta for securely accessing company software without typing multiple passwords, consolidating all login information. It's easy to use with one login, giving me access to all the software I need for my job.
Secure and Easy-To-Use with Minor Setup Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta is really easy to understand and use, including the ability to access multiple tools and applications from one platform. The security it provides to the end users is a big plus, making it hard for anyone to access my credentials without proper verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was kinda difficult to validate from my mobile phone since we have a Okta verification app. Whenever we change mobile devices, it's difficult to transfer that app to the new mobile device without any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Okta is really good because it makes it easy to understand and include different tools on one platform. Its verification tools help us avoid hacking by making it hard for someone to access using my credentials.

I like the easy of you intergrating all of the app at my current company, efficent and ease of use.

There are at times glitches with the tiles

What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes access management and single sign-on experience smooth. It’s very easy in integrate Okta with multiple applications. The security features that okta provides along with the admin dashboard are best in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though okta is best in the market for large organisations but its expensive pricing is blocker for small teams or organisations. Expenses rise with increase in number of users and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of managing identities and access across different systems is solved by using okta. Okta also eliminates the need of having different login systems for different applications. Overall okta helps in establishing security and provide good user experience for employees.
