What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use all the options and filters very easy to understand. New update happen time to time. Freshsale team very supportive in case if there is some issue while using it. M
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly noting working fine all the query addresses in given time frame. Very much happy to having such a good software, easy option, make work life easy going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company particularly using this software as a leads generating tool and trust me it is far better then the last one.
Great tool good value for money
What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives us the possibility to order our deals and contact according our indirect channel. The deals are couplet with our resellers. It is great.

I would really like to click and drop overviews. This is a littlebit complicated.

FreshSales application
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of recording data, and the pleasant UI make this app very convenient to use. The environment in the app is quite friendly, and all my colleagues were able to adapt to this quite easily. It's simple to use, gets you the kind of reports you require to track the overall sales process, and helps stay on top of the numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a facility to record the time and date of a call log manually, that would help in recording historical data (before I started using the app). Other than that, not much else to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly lead tracking, and monitoring efficiency in which the leads are being handled. As a team leader, it gives a much better handle on how the rest of the team is functioning, and helps guide them where needed.

Solid and flexible CRM with good support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility the software offers to handle most all of my needs for a CRM application. Their support is excellent - responsive and knowledgeable. What was a nice surprise was the full integration of my email application (business gmail account) inside the system -- beyond simply logging of emails sent to contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes at the moment. One minor thing is since it is cloud-based, whenever you make a change on a lead list filter, it refreshes itself after each change. But in some ways that is a good thing. It refreshes itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send bulk emails to prospects, import and manage large lists, customize data fields, and work with email templates quite easily. I can also respond to client and prospect emails right inside the CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a test to compare to others. I would also think it can work fine for larger companies.

I like the simplicity, easy to capture leads, do the follow ups, etc.

The only feature i dont like at all and its a little bit confusing the part where yo convert your leads to a deal.

Before freshsales we use a spreadsheet to organize and track leads and the stage of the lead.
Now its all in one place.
The email tracking is aswome, now we can have an idea if the client read our emails, proposals, etc.

From Salesforce to Freshsales
What do you like best about the product?
The sales team liked the ease of use compared to SalesForce. Very Intuitive and half the price of SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration from SalesForce to FreshSales was not easy. Partly due to mismanagement of SalesForce data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better/easier integration with outlook.
Easy to use CRM with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible it is. I can adapt the fields to my business easily along with a clean looking interface makes it a pleasure to use. Email opened and clicked as well as bulk email for a reasonable price compared with competitors. A mobile app for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't as intuitive to use as other CRM's in my opinion although I am a new user the CRM's generally. I'd like the option to have links show as hyperlinks in a custom field rather than just text that I have to copy and paste into a new window to open. Also, integration with Facebook messages would be great and I understand that's on the cards, I just hope it's not in the top level product only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all contact with leads and clients so I can follow up quickly and easily. I love the email templates feature as well to make replying super quick.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I took some time comparing CRMs before deciding to trial Freshsales and feel that the product is more than comparable to the better known CRM's out there yet at a much lower price point.
Great functionality and very straightforward interface
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I love the design and ease of use of the platform. Also, it's great to have the option of defining multiple pipelines for more complex types of deals. The interface is the fastest and cleanest I've seen from among Hubspot and salesforce.com and you can really just do everything from the pipeline view.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct Gmail integration, like in Hubspot for example, at the moment. The Freshsales email client is nice, but it doesn't match the functionality or feel of Gmail, although that may change with time.
Also, I do miss the timeline view that you had in your deals in Hubspot - it was much easier to add in notes, for example or to manually log calls. However, these are not deal breakers.

Freshsales makes it easy to manage a large number of inbound leads and to monitor their stage in the sales cycle.
Great App for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Good Layout and a nice way to Organise all your contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a good iPad App, you can just use the website.

A nice overview of all our leads and contacts. Furthermore Perfect to contact them directly and have links to the conversations.

The best start up CRM service i have ever seen in the US , I would recommend this service to anyone and i can be honest i dont do surveys but i must for this company
