Great product, must have for sales development and outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, learn, and use to add scale and sophistication to your sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few minor things related to usability but the team there is very, very responsive

Improved prospecting, better insight, ability to standardize approach via templates and lead scoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales is an awesome way to manage sales team's pipelines & communicate with customers thru phone / emails! the variety of filters for summarizing your data which makes it possible to group and organize results and reporting analytics the way you want it. Its a must for every growing sales focused business and considering the affordable price options, it definitely delivers much more for every $ invested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love for the Outlook calendar also to be integrated at the earliest. As of now this is not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using only Excel sheet before. Now with FreshSales, we are able to sort and qualify leads better, able to follow up on sales opportunities more systematically and on time, prioritize & rationalise our follow up activities and increase our target reach rates faster.

Great tool for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the feature that I like are Bulk email feature, ability to rank the customers based on the conversation, synchronizing our email accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an option for adding an appointment option, but it only works if you have an app in your mobile. we dont get a email notification and we cant add it to our Google calender or any other calender.

Every startup needs a CRM tool for following up with their customer., When if comes to CRM freshsales is the best one.
Solid CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsale's UI/UX is great, especially when compared to the competition. I have tried them all, and the aesthetics and organization of Freshsale's features is what ultimately won me over. Their pricing model is also extremely affordable and fair. We are excited to see the other apps Freshworks rolls out with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the ability to create quotes, contracts, and invoices would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently utilizing Freshsales to manage sales, organize tasks, and enhance customer relationships. Being able to integrate with Freshwork's and other third-parties' applications has been a major benefit as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We found the bottom line to be that Freshsales provides an extremely thorough CRM solution at a fraction of the cost of other less-capable systems.

in the mobile app search is segregated as accounts, contacts and leads whereas in the website one single search bar helps in looking up the entire database

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I lead the account management team, my use case (renewals and upsells) is a little different from the primary solution Freshsales and other CRM solutions provide - Drive New sales.
Because of this, I find several challenges in using CRM systems (Freshsales, Salesforce etc)

What do you like best about the product?
There’s so many good things to say about Freshsales. I have used Salesforce, Sugar, and Nimble and tried others as well. Freshsales has all the features we need and then some, yet it is easy to use and intuitive with a oleasant UI and no bloatware. Most important, my team has less issues using Freshsales than several other CRM platforms we have tried.
Love the email, read receipts, and reply notifications. It’s so easy to to notice emails needing a response with the number badge on the Leads or Contacts menu icon. The click to call is quick and easy to intiate a call as well, which is automatically added to the time timeline when the call is finished.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s just one complaint, and that is the size of the data entry box when replying to an email, which would be better if it was larger. I mentioned it to my support contact, and he immediately sent a request to the dev team to address the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better followup and quicker responses to emails are the top two benefits. Having stored email templates that team members can send instead of writing an email is not only a time saver, but the content sent to clients is always perfect. For us, Freshsales solved the problem we’ve had of team members not using it. Now, all of us are all on the same page
