What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule emails and calls to prospects

Too much time to load leads. Nothing apart from that.

Quick and efficient CRM that keeps sales teams on the same page. Makes the sales teams more efficient. Saves lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales if perfect for our growing company simple but very powerful program and the pricing structure lets you pick the features you need now and move up to another level when and if needed. Great customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of one thing. This is the perfect product for our company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starfish Leadership is a rapidly growing company and Freshsales has given us the ability for everyone on our team to see deals and where we are headed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out other CRM programs and then check out Freshsales. Based on value, ease of use and the terrific support team - pretty sure you will chose Freshsales as your CRM partner!

Best in class for online aided conversion

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has easy to integrate api structure which allowed us to design and implement it within a month's time. Highly recommended for small scale businesses. Application is very easy to understand and requires no aggressive training to train agents. Team transition from traditional system to freshsales was too quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales still has to cover more features w.r.t B2C kind of it's client where no. of leads are more in the software. For example: If mo. of leads are more then client must ask for lead capping feature, hence freshsales need to think in this direction as well.

Not able to set rules on lead which are already lying in the system. No time based rule triggering mechanism. No lead assignment on the basis of agent conversion ratio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to fetch leads from multiple channels like website, app, msite and auto assigned to agents. Managed to ceased multiple calls to customers. Barring Junk Leads from assignment, therefore agents to work on qualified leads. Lead tagging and lead search are two main effective features which reduces the effort in every sales pitch.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, email tracking, pricing is good, easy to import data, interface with outlook emails. alerts when communications from customers are sent or emails/links clicked and opened. very easy to get new team member trained on the system, less then a day and they are using the system in full.
What do you dislike about the product?
when i find something i send a support message and see if they will include in next release. at the moment to early to consider dislikes as it is improving our process now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visibility across the team on business critical data. Keeping account data on customers and making it easy to see this information. building a strong sales pipeline to help with a growing business. customer support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend as a starting point for CRM in your company. With the very easy to use UI and features you will get to see results quickly and start to improve your sale pipeline and customer support

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very simple to use and setup authenticated emails and also allows you to make direct calls from within the software. Also the support is outstanding with direct access to the Freshsales team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any are of Freshales I dislike as it in my humble opinion to be 5 stars and a perfect CRM solution for your business!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a CRM package that I can use online from any device as well as being able to get realtime email stats from every email sent whether bulk or manual. This creates a lead score that gives you a better pipeline and gives you the hottest leads to chase first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Freshsales as you will find it easier to use and also you will find that realtime email stats are ideal for a business looking to build relationships with other businesses.! Truly!

Not a final product

What do you like best about the product?
Its cheap and it has phone integration and some basic features like the sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a "usable" CRM solution as it lacks very basic functions. Just to give some examples:
- you are not able to re-send a bounced email to a group
- you are not able to filter different groups like persons who clicked on a campaign and send an email to them
- they do not have any autoresponder
- there is no campaign management planed in (for example send email 1 and then 2)
- the lead score cannot be really customized (and they tell you crazy lies about the reasons)
- the do not have any export function, all your data is locked forever in freshsales and you cannot export it
- for the time being the SMTP mail function is not working

NOTE: Feshsales can absolutly not be compared with FreshDESK (from same company) as FreshDESK is a good and very thought through software. Freshsales is in a kind of Beta testing status and they have not thought about usability.

I have wasted a lot of time and money with and can not recommend it to anybody. If you try to use it you will find out that it is a waste of time and you should better use a different system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good phone quality, currently used for phone calls till contract ends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont use it, it will not make you happy and it will take long time till you find out.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been investigating Help Desk applications to find one that is suitable for my new startup. FreshDesk fitted my requirements perfectly and even has a FREE plan to get me up and running. So I was equally pleased to learn they had a CRM application too. Both apps are some of the simplest to use and yet they include some of the best features on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I'm just starting out I can't claim to be a power user of this product. However, there's not one thing I've been displeased with so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My goal is to use products that make my HelpDesk and CRM as quick and responsive as possible and yet with limited investment in money, time and learning curve. FreshDesk and FreshSales ticks all the boxes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend giving Freshsales a try. I did and I was very pleased to finally put an end to searching for an application to do the job. The FREE plan is FREE FOREVER, so you just can't go wrong.

There are still some features that need to be added and worked out but this is a new product and that should be expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports, the app and the pipelines are the best features available in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to download the report chart, no option for escalating a deal/lead if it is not contacted for some time.

Trying to organise the business contacts and the follow up procedure using this CRM.
