Freshsales does what a good CRM should do with all the support required to get it done.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, functionality and most importantly the support to ensure one is using this application correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timelines to get tasks done in the background could be better communicated. But when the work is done it is done properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The previous CRM was not easy to use, so our users reluctantly used it and rarely utilized it properly. We could also not integrate with our social media platforms seamlessly. Now the data in Freshsales is good and plenty. Exactly what management wants to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is as close to an Enterprise grade software as one can get for the price.

What do you like best about the product?
Without Freshsales I don't know how I would keep track of the myriad of leads and accounts in my portfolio! A virtual sales assistant if there ever was one :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to be able to link Contacts to Leads. At present I have to create two Leads for the same company instead of 1 Leads linked to multiple Contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilise the notes section to record all sorts of info on my interactions with customers. When it is time to re-engage them, I read up on our last encounter and it appears as though I have the memory of an elephant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have no complaints what so ever. I haven't dabbled with other CRM software but this one works really well for me.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and everything on the front page that I need. I don't have to dig into pages to go where I need to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize it more to my own questions and needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management has become easier and I love the reminders via email.

Def. get Freshsales. No need to spend a lot more money on another software.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the simple UI. I personally thought around 15 sales people to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. One suggestion would be to able to have multiple owners for a single lead.

Streamlined sales process. Being a B2C company, we have sales people across cities. Now we can view everything at one place

Best Marketing Automation and CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from SalesForce to FreshSales and it has proven to be an excellent decision. FreshSales is easy to use, highly customizeable to our business processes, and pulls all our marketing efforts together to provide insights into our target market that we weren't aware of before. Customer service has also been outstanding. Don't waste your time and money with the 'big boys' in this space - they overcharge and give you less value.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little quirky in terms of adhering to the 'rules' of the database and reporting still has a ways to go, but the FreshSales team is quickly making strides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gone from a marketing database only, to a full CRM that allows us to track specific results of our marketing efforts and provides a way to analyze the 'big data' of our leads, pulling the most active, interested ones to the top.

I like how it streamlines the entire sales process and has the ability to be flexible through custom fields so that the application aligns with your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot create custom colours so that the freshsales application matches my company colours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales allows you to save time on manual admin work. It has the ability to auto log calls and emails so you can focus on selling. It also has a key feature which can pull up the leads linkedin, facebook, and twitter which gives me the ability to put a personal touch on things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To those still using excel spreadsheets... this is a huge opportunity for you to grow your business. Freshsales really does streamline the entire sales process for you and keeps you organized and on top of your game.
SalesForce to Fresh Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales has twice the amount of features than Salesforce and the difference in support is astronomical! Also the staff at Fresh are the most helpful people you could wish to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find an issue with he system having used it for the last 4/5 months however one suggestion would be to be able to make the telephone calls through an ipad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fresh allows our team of 14 telesales staff to keep upto date on any contact our clients have had with the business. Whether this be via email/telephone or notes.

Ensure your interenet strength is up to standard before using the VOIP - Fresh support will help you with this!
Awesome Product for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way how the user interface has been built. It's easy to use for any size of companies. And the freemium model for startups is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes anything so far.

Still a new platform so there are some developments and integrations that are yet to happen (i.e. Xero and MYOB). I'm confident with time these will be pushed through.
