What do you like best about the product?
Its cheap and it has phone integration and some basic features like the sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a "usable" CRM solution as it lacks very basic functions. Just to give some examples:
- you are not able to re-send a bounced email to a group
- you are not able to filter different groups like persons who clicked on a campaign and send an email to them
- they do not have any autoresponder
- there is no campaign management planed in (for example send email 1 and then 2)
- the lead score cannot be really customized (and they tell you crazy lies about the reasons)
- the do not have any export function, all your data is locked forever in freshsales and you cannot export it
- for the time being the SMTP mail function is not working

NOTE: Feshsales can absolutly not be compared with FreshDESK (from same company) as FreshDESK is a good and very thought through software. Freshsales is in a kind of Beta testing status and they have not thought about usability.

I have wasted a lot of time and money with and can not recommend it to anybody. If you try to use it you will find out that it is a waste of time and you should better use a different system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good phone quality, currently used for phone calls till contract ends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont use it, it will not make you happy and it will take long time till you find out.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been investigating Help Desk applications to find one that is suitable for my new startup. FreshDesk fitted my requirements perfectly and even has a FREE plan to get me up and running. So I was equally pleased to learn they had a CRM application too. Both apps are some of the simplest to use and yet they include some of the best features on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I'm just starting out I can't claim to be a power user of this product. However, there's not one thing I've been displeased with so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My goal is to use products that make my HelpDesk and CRM as quick and responsive as possible and yet with limited investment in money, time and learning curve. FreshDesk and FreshSales ticks all the boxes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend giving Freshsales a try. I did and I was very pleased to finally put an end to searching for an application to do the job. The FREE plan is FREE FOREVER, so you just can't go wrong.

Very easy interface that integrates well with our support systems (FreshDesk).

There are still some features that need to be added and worked out but this is a new product and that should be expected.

Global access to sales piipeline and data across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports, the app and the pipelines are the best features available in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to download the report chart, no option for escalating a deal/lead if it is not contacted for some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to organise the business contacts and the follow up procedure using this CRM.

Best & Affordable CRM for Startups

What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that email and phone is present within the CRM which is a huge productivity boost for us. Previously, we used to use multiple email tools to track and run sales campaigns. But now with Freshsales, we are able to do everything within the CRM and keep track of the entire activity log.

Another thing we really love as a startup is the lead scoring as we do not have the time to look at all our leads but only our most important set of leads, which Freshsales helps us out making us spend time on the right leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about Freshsales yet. Whenever we have had trouble or issues, the team seems to have been very responsive and solved our queries in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our inbound leads through Freshsales. Qualifying, Following up, Closing the deal with one platform is easier like never before.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the tool as it's very friendly. We are really Thankful to Kenneth who has been just amazing in helping us throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. We like the service and the Product a lot. Kenneth and Madhuvanti have been amazing. Thumbs up for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching out to multiple users and are providing them a platform wherein they can establish themselves and Fresh Sales has been very helpful for us.

Best CRM for Affordable Price

What do you like best about the product?
Over the last 1 year, we switched between 2 CRM. Both of them had their own specialties but both missed features which should have been common.

We tried Freshsales, and the CRM did exactly fix all our requirements, starting from email tracking, Deal Creation, User Website Tracking, Lead score and much more.

There were also few other CRM does the same thing what Freshsales do but they were charged way high than freshsales.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not migration available from many top CRM it is limited.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use!!!
New users adapt very quickly!
Even as a new tool with a little bit to enhance, the support is always there; effective and fast.
All that at an accessible cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be possible so choose to watch a deal, as a manager. It would be very helpful to be notifyed when there's a new activity (e-mail, appointments, tasks, files...) with a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each user is independent and can work freely. Meanwhile it's easy to create visualizations that make it possible to monitor the progress of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of all info of your leads, progress made and all contact details in one place. The advantage is also that all sales persons can update as they go and info is directly available to the rest of the team.
Like the task and appointment function, integrated with email and timeline tracking of all actions taken.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I miss is to export a list of contact details etc. to eg. excell and print a hardcopy of details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When salespersons work on their own database - it is a mammoth task to update all the info daily into one file and to keep track of all info added and actions taken, and to be up to date available to the whole team.
In a startup of a business you don't have the time for that and keeping track of leads and progress is essential. Usually CRM packages cost you something - Freshsales also helped us as it is free when you need it most - the beginning. You can grow with them as your business is growing.
