SalesForce to Fresh Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales has twice the amount of features than Salesforce and the difference in support is astronomical! Also the staff at Fresh are the most helpful people you could wish to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find an issue with he system having used it for the last 4/5 months however one suggestion would be to be able to make the telephone calls through an ipad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fresh allows our team of 14 telesales staff to keep upto date on any contact our clients have had with the business. Whether this be via email/telephone or notes.

Ensure your interenet strength is up to standard before using the VOIP - Fresh support will help you with this!

Awesome Product for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way how the user interface has been built. It's easy to use for any size of companies. And the freemium model for startups is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes anything so far.

Freshsales CRM helps us to keep all customer conversations at one place.

Customer service from everyone has been fantastic. In particular Vidhya Lakshmi, Joseph Preetham and Kenneth Joseph.

Still a new platform so there are some developments and integrations that are yet to happen (i.e. Xero and MYOB). I'm confident with time these will be pushed through.

Freshsales has a lot of features which are very helpfull. It's perfect solution for B2B and B2C.

nothing at this moment, this tool it's new (2016-2017) but their development it's very fast

it's not a simple sales tool. It's complete Crm (b2b+b2c) sales tool, call center and website tracker.

Intuitive and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can try out most of the powerful features in the free tier and then make a decision. The product is extremely intuitive and highly recommend it to everyone who is in the market for a Sales First CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see conversations / team inbox in the free version with a one time limit. This way, the users would start using the feature and would push the company to move to a paid version once the cap on conversations is up.
Also, when users receive an email response from a prospect - would love to see a notification.

Tracking leads, deals and conversations for our startup. The API is very useful to connect and pull data from different sources.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Fresh Sales is great, the functionality better, but best of all is the reponse and enthusiasm of the sales and support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Yet, I will report back when we have been using it for over 12 months !

Fresh Sales has enabled us to contact new prospects and leads in a structured manner with a minimal learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales makes it incredibly easy to automate the tasks that our sales team encounters every day. From keeping up with old contacts, to importing and updating new leads, we've always been able to quickly control and delegate the sales efforts of our team with Freshsales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate Freshsales effort to introduce email marketing campaigns but I believe that there is still some room for improvement from a use-ability standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FlashFrame has struggled since its inception to market its services, wading through a complicated marketplace with an eclectic group of contacts to find potential buyers and navigate strange relationships . Freshsales's endless customization has enabled us to sift the noise and easily manage contacts with complicated accounts and an ever changing group of contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a lot of customization in the early stages to develop the CRM models and how you'll share. While its important to not get overwhelmed with all of the features, its also still quite easy to make changes further down the line so don't be too worried about making any 'mistakes'.

Out of the box, easy to use CRM. Live customer support.

Nothing so far, but I haven't tested all the features.

Tracking e-mails, managing sales pipeline, keeping records of conversations.
Bad support and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Price & features is good compared to other CRM's and the functionality is also really quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite buggy and poorly designed and the support doesn't really understand how the system works. It's not up to modern quality assurance standards for a SaaS

What do you like best about the product?
After considering multiple CRM tools and having worked with SalesForce in the past we decided to go with Freshsales, and we are very happy with the decision. We are a small company, and we don't have time to do custom integrations or to train our team on complex tools like SalesForce, so Freshsales easy-to-use UI, their Segment integration, and affordable price are the main things that make the tool perfect for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more tools for customer success to help us maintain our existing customers happy. Automated emails similar to customer.io and Intercom would be great as well.
