If I wanted to build a CRM from sratch, FreshSales would be they way I would build it.

What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales is really simple to use but packs some punches. We have tried many other CRMs but the interface was not engaging and we would have to flip flop to get the big picture. New users are up in running in 30 minutes. No complicating training. The email tracking and accessible to notes from the lead screens simplify our sales process. FreshSales do listen to the customer and is constantly improving the software based on customer's feedback. There is also an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our needs, we need to be able to choose multiple products. Currently you can assign only one product per lead. We have spoken to FreshSales and they are working on that. Again, FreshSales listens to the customer. Currently we found ways to assigned it via an added field we customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High impact selling is much easier with FreshSales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We did look into SalesForce, Netsuite ( all too expensive to get what we needed done) and Zoho. While Zoho was close in comparing to FreshSales, FreshSales was voted easier to use by our people.

What do you like best about the product?
The site is easy and well organized, and very userfriendly. Only the functions the sales personell needs to use, as well as it is very scalable

It can take you a little while to familiarize yourself with the software, however when you do you see that it is pretty well organized.

Easy to Use for Someone Who Hasn't Used a CRM Before

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to import my customer list from a CSV file. It's also nice how Customers are separate from Accounts. Not to mention, it ties into FreshDesk and the new FreshChat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could remove some of the labels as not all fields are needed by my company at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm organizing our company's customer list into something organized and up-to-date for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out their other products like FreshDesk and FreshChat, which all tie in to each other.

What do you like best about the product?

- Almost no need to connect with support while on-boarding

- I think in a world of NLP and AI, Freshsales could have played bigger role and been much different product
- At some level, I did start to compare them with Hubspot and other tools almost immediately
- Product is quite clunky in usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current role, I focus on closing sales and building relationships with partners. Being part of startup that means having multiple threads with varied closing timelines. Only limited conversations fall into 'pipeline'. From that sales perspective Freshsales was good. From a relationship tool perspective, I am yet to realize complete value.

Best CRM for under $100/user...or $60...or $30...or $15.

What do you like best about the product?
I have demoed numerous CRMs. They all seem to be developed with idea of having as many features and steps as possible. Freshsales is a breath of fresh air for anyone that does not have 100 hours to configure endless rules and add ons just to get up and running. We required a crm that integrated with gmail, integrated with Freshchat (another great product), had a built in phone (no worries about another phone app's API working), had open and click notifications (again, no worries about integrating with another app), and had bulk email functionality (yet again, no worries about integrating with another app.) Freshsales delivers on all of these. No need to pay for licenses on five products when you can pay for just one with Freshsales.

Part of the challenge for us with CRMs is that they seem to offer no inherent productivity improvements or cost a ridiculous amount per user. Our average sale is $500. We sell about 50 orders a week. We can't spend hours updating the CRM for every order. Most CRMs need to be managed. Freshsales does not.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I would like to see, such as more reports and some changes with the phone interface. However, there are no critical changes. We switched to Freshsales a few months ago and would never switch back to our old system. I would not have switched if it was not a huge step up from our old system. Before Freshsales, it was a running joke if I had found a new CRM. Now we have to come up with new jokes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a sales team of six. Freshsales allows us to help our existing clients and reach out to new ones. Even with having Account Managers (farmers) and New Business Development Execs (hunters) both use the CRM, Freshsales has worked well.

We want to respond quickly to our customers. We want to spend more time on our customers than our CRM. Freshsales let's us focus on our customers - Not the CRM. With Freshsales, I no longer have to be a CRM jockey. The contacts are updated without constant management. If someone is off and I need to cover their accounts - No problem. I can focus on developing the team and the product offering. No need to constantly monitor if everyone is filling out the CRM correctly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are other options similar to Freshsales only if you are willing to pay double or triple the price. The support team is fantastic. If you feel the need to constantly debug and configure the CRM so you can hide from your selling duties, do not get Freshsales.

If you have longstanding relationships with your clients, but have very fast individual sales, and want to focus on the customer, Freshsales is for you.

What do you like best about the product?
After looking at many options, Freshsales was the most intuitive. It was easy to get the trial up running and delivering value within a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Chat" function for support doesn't seem fully activated. I've tried it twice only to receive an automated response that nobody was available at the time to help. The phone support has been very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are quickly gaining insights into our sales funnel and how to help our clients more strategically. This provides more value to the business and our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend considering how long it will take you to get significant results from implementation till payoff. Freshsales helped us close that gap in a very short period of time.

Simplest CRM you'll come across

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's simple. Almost has everything you'll need for a SaaS sales team. More importantly, you can make international calls from the CRM itself. No plugins or need to buy anything new.
What do you dislike about the product?
KanBan view of leads is a premium feature. Well, can't blame them for intelligent pricing. :p
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that you don't need to use 4 different things to manage sales. We were using Streak to track opening of emails by leads, Excel sheet to do funnel analysis, Skype to make calls and email to communicate with leads. Freshsales let's you do everything in a giphy.

Ideal Sales CRM for Start-ups

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Zoho, SugarCRM, CRM Next and couple of other solutions but decided to finally choose Freshsales for the following reasons.

-- It's extremely easy to set-up and use. The other CRM's took us a couple of days to just understand how it works. Freshsales has lesser things and just the bare minimum you need to kick start your sales processes.

-- Pricing is pocket friendly, good for small teams who are just starting up

-- Very neatly designed. It's concise and we just love the design

-- Amazing reporting module

-- Lead capture, pipelining, assignment and lot of tasks can be automated.

If you are a start-up and want s no fuss sales CRM, this is it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, there is nothing to dislike about their product since we think everything is just perfect.

Ease of use and lot of automation
