What do you like best about the product?
After experiencing many CRM systems for past 10 years (Sales Force, Insightly, Podio and many others) we came upon freshsales because we were using freshdesk (another great support package we have been using for past 5 years). It is straight forward to use and has all advanced features at fraction of the cost compared to salesforce and many other systems. I can email directly from the app no exotic tricks to get email messaging working within the CRM which was a pain with many other CRM systems out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING AT ALL - Keep up the good work. Please add more features as time passes, do not let the product stay stagnant. constant improvement will ensure it is current with customer needs and trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email communication, lead management, web analytics and many other features to list that is essential in lead and sales management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales blows away the competition, support is easy to get to, the solution is easy to use and very modern. I would highly recommend this over anything else in the marketplace. believe me you will save hundreds of hours and dollars and not get frustrated like the other systems and I say that from my own experience from the past 5 years.

Haven't found anything to dislike so far.

I really like the tracking of lead and deal stages. Also managed to integrate freshsales into the business website for capturing leads.

Best CRM Tool - Features, Pricing, Support

What do you like best about the product?
After having tried multiple tools for CRM, we shifted to using Freshsales and have not looked back. It offers the best set of features, all tightly knit into one tool rather than being spread apart, for a very attractive price.

- User Behaviour Tracking:
Email tracking right from the tool saves a lot of hassles. This coupled with speedy two-way email sync in the basic paid tier itself makes this a one-stop solution for conversations with clients. Knowing when they open a mail or click on links help track how a lead might convert to a deal and which leads to focus on.

- Lead Scoring:
Each lead is assigned a score based on their interaction with the company and the information provided. The profiles are also auto-enriched with the social credentials. This feature helps assess which lead might convert and take actions accordingly.

- Easy scheduling of tasks and activities

- Excellent support: Anytime we have reached out with a query, we have had a very speedy resolution whether it was with respect to the product, pricing or anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Multiple Deal Pipelines:
We are trying to track deals with different pipelines. While there is an option to create filters within the same pipeline, there isn't a feature yet to create different pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a deep-learning startup with patent-pending algorithms for the analysis of photos and videos by identification of people, places, objects, backgrounds and events. We serve enterprises who have applications that include analysis of consumer-generated images/videos, emerging data sets such as drones data, satellite imagery and other industrial data.

Freshsales has helped us view all our deals in one single pipeline and helped us effectively track which stage each deal is in, which needs attention, what tasks are pending etc. It has become our one-stop solution for our sales team. We would highly recommend Freshsales for anyone searching for a CRM solution.

Nothing. I didn't find anything that I would dislike. Freshsales are doing great job

What do you like best about the product?
For how many offerings Freshsales provides, it is still very easy to use. Today Freshsales is an integral part of our sales technique. We have also had really good interactions with their service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an admin dashboard to easily review the sales teams performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Freshsales to make wishlists for our clients. As product comes in, we scan our clients notes to see who is interested in what. This is also a great tool to set client follow-up reminders and schedule appointments

Perfect for CRM with tight integration with Freshdesk

What do you like best about the product?
We considered using Freshdesk first without understanding what Freshsales offered. We're a start up and interacting with leads and converting them is where we're at in the cycle. Josh, Paul and the team at Freshsales/Freshdesk couldn't have done enough to understand my business and business process requirements. We're also integrating freshchat and have used the freshphone feature for inbound and outbound calls.
Tight integration with Freshdesk matters to me as once my leads are converted to customers, they have ongoing supply purchases that extend beyond the initial sale. I want to make sure we don't miss a thing.
They truly value their customers and it shows. Every interaction was an opportunity to understand my needs and even offer me time saving tips that would make my sales effort focused.
Sounds like I should be selling for them? Nah, but they're a good partner. That's what I need and glad I found.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Apps work well, features and functionality is spot on.

THE BEST simply the best CRM tool, outstanding customer service & support, Beautiful UI, works wonders for sales management.

I am not any affiliate or getting any benefit from Freshsales but as an Entrepreneur having 7 Person in the sales team I was looking better solution.

We shifted in Freshsales after using following tools.
1. PipeDrive :
a) It has really awesome UI and Smooth way to manage leads only thing is missing Templates. Everytime My team or I need to copy paste.
b) Price seems high compared to freshsales.
c) We were using mailtrack.io to know more whether users are opening my emails or not.

2. Close.io:
a) I am a fan of this tool, One stop solution for this, but this is really very over priced.
I found all the features and smoothness in freshsales and never given 2nd thought.

3. Hubspot CRM:
If you want something free, you should try.

4. Highrise CRM:
It's effective for Contact management than the sale.

I am Sales professional and chosen this product wisely after spending lot on others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact or Lead capturing process should be simple, I really hate to fill so many data about leads.
Why not you can fetch Users information from emails. there are many Like https://connect.clearbit.com/
They can save lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for the last six months, and it gets better and better. By far it is the best application in functionality and integration. For each contact - customer or not - you can see an activity based on notes you can add after each call. Automatically follow up, email template and prioritising clients who have a higher lead score— are my personal favourite features. Helped my team and me a lot to keep up with the orders and everything we need to know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth trying, They are building an excellent product. The product is coming new changes every day; I had many calls with their support team, They seem very supportive and eager to help you.
