Freshsales and MetARVRse
What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which you can learn the tool without going through the app tour.
I dont think many in 21st century have the will power or the patience to go through an instruction manual even if they couldnt figure out the product themselves. Team fresh sales understands that. Even though metarvrse had access to app tours and demo by an actual human, we ignored them and dived straight into the product. and guess what, its day 90 and we still havent touched the app demo button.

What do you dislike about the product?
A dashboard to see leads and status of individual sales executive would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales has given efficiency back to a nimble sales team like ours by taking away all the grunt work and confusion involved in a bustling sales team like ours.

FreshSales helps me better track my prospects in the sales process.
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is very easy to use and allows me to customize the fields for my specific needs. I love the mobile app so that i always have my crm at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a few more options on reporting my pipeline and hiding deals that have been completed after 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not losing track of customers in my pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is a much better fit for a small sales team or solo entrepreneur. And seems easily adapted to a large team.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales is one of the easiest sales tools we've ever used. The functionality is brilliant and you can literally add anything you need to reports and such. It is fast becoming a vital part of our business and we wouldn't want to be without it now!

I have yet to come across something I'm not happy with.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the ability to track right from the user's activity on the website and all the way through the key touch points inside our application is very valuable for our AEs. This helps us to use a single system instead of relying on many tools to understand the context.
Focusing on the lead enrichment and lead scoring right from the initial release gives the confidence that this product will make the life of our AEs simple; letting them focus on spending time with prospects instead of having to deal with multiple tools.
Google Apps integration is a big plus for us. This helps our AEs just to keep using only Freshsales for everything and never having to leave it :)

What do you dislike about the product?
More than the features we dislike, we would love to see them fill some of the gaps in the reporting, improved capabilities in API as we are automating a lot and improved enrichment for the leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we doubling down on the sales team, we want to streamline the sales process and let our AEs spend their time on prospects. With Freshsales API, we are able to just do this!

Having used other products from Freshdesk, I'm pretty sure Freshsales team will keep building features to meet your sales automation needs :)

At Take Diversion we have tried out several leading CRM platforms to manage our customer data and communication. But Freshsales is the platform we stuck with till date. After using Freshsales for more than 8 months till date, we are happy to say that this is the most flexible, reliable and out of the box solution that fit our need.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a small and growing company, there isn't much to dislike in Freshsales at this point. The integration with FreshChat is a welcome move and the ease to connect with customers across chat and email is so simple with Freshsales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save a lot of time tracking customer metrics, communication and more with Freshsales. Everything is a one or two click process for us.

We were working with another CRM and moved over to Freshsales. We really like the responsiveness of the system and the constant additions of new features

The UI and UX are really clean and easy to setup. It has a task and appointment management which helps you to manage all the meetings from the tool itself. The email sending and excel import work very beautifully.

I faced some issue with import of Excel.

This is a very good tool which helped me to keep track of everything very neatly.
Great CRM Tool - New Business
What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales is an easy to use tool right out of the gate and the support staff is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything at this point I'm unsatisfied with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a way to keep track of my referral relationships and better develop them through managed and consistent touches. Fresh Sales gives me an effective and efficient way to do this.

If you are looking for a cost effective and straightforward product, FreshSales successfully ticks all the boxes.
