What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is one of the best products by the freshworks. So strong and easy to use CRM for the sales person and marketing person. So many features to love like - Sales Sequence, Customer journey, Automation, Deals etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have so many features but what i dislike is when i write a mail from freshsales those who are in cc, their contacts also created in the CRM. So i have to delete them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping us to manage our Leads from web forms and landing pages. A very organised tool of CRM for a sales Guy.

User friendly, keep me up to date, love being able to keep all my data in one place

sometimes I get repeated leads have to call the same lead, is a bit expensive and dont get much discounts

What do you like best about the product?
1. Super customisable.
2. Reporting and Dashboards are very robust for pipeline management.
3. Could be integrated with multiple platforms. API friendly.
4. Email tracking is also accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes the load time is slow.
2. Have had issues with wrong data populated. But very minute issues once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer record management and pipeline management.

I have had no problem navigating through the platform. Simple and easy to use and have helped with managing over 100000 records with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Have used several CRMs but we choose freshsales because of how it looks and how easy it is for salespeople to get through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature restrictions in plans. For e.g. in our plan we get reports but we can't clone/duplicate a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for the sales team to find inbound leads, talk to them, track activity and close them.

What do you like best about the product?
Modern UI and UX.
User-friendly dashboards for navigation.
Integration with Google Calendar stands out when compared with Salesforce.
Cheaper price compared to Salesforce.
Helpful for SMB to get leads and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and many integrations that CRM like Salesforce has but freshsalea doesn't.
The data collection and processing of data is much better in Salesforce than Freshsales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main motive to use any CRM product is to get leads and convert them as your product user.
It helps get in depth insights of the customers and these insights helps in various fronts to attract the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality it provides me in managing my entire sales journey. From prospecting, nurturing new leads, and the entire sales process, pipelines, negotiations, currency differentiation by product. This makes life easier for the sales team so they have more control over their potential closings in the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it has a slight delay in loading some features. Especially when we import new leads. I find this process somewhat complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today I can resolve and centralize my entire commercial area within Freshsales. My operation is within it, from prospecting to post-sales. It is very comprehensive and I can centralize all this information within a single tool. Not to mention the metrics and reports it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales module has all the required functionality to carry out the outbound sales activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support takes a long time to respond and resolve the query. If they improve it, the overall user experience of the product will increase many folds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate all our sales activities with Freshsales. The product provides a holistic view of what's happening within the organization in terms of marketing and sales.
