Freshmarketer has very advanced analytics visualizations

What do you like best about the product?
In Freshmarketer it is possible to get analytics of almost everything that happens at work. This includes sales elements, customer behaviors within the web page I work for, the conversion rate of customers from different dates, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshmarketer does not facilitate the implementation of marketing strategies for social networks. By this I mean that, if it is totally possible to collect data from the networks, but it does not have functions to carry out studies on them correctly, so you must use other software for that and import the data into Freshmarketer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshmarketer's responsive design means that we have no problems when working using it from cell phones or computers, which was not the case with the tool I used previously to detail and analyze sales results. It is a great relief to fix this issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As the person in charge of the sales analytics of my company, it is important to carry out the most complete analysis of funnel and live heatmaps possible. The platform is highly recommended to fulfill these functions, and with the rest of those mentioned in this review.

What do you like best about the product?
An amazing UX and UI, really easy interface and navigation. Also the clear pricing service, other CRM are complex and expensive when you want to achieve more things.
What do you dislike about the product?
suite integration is not as easy as it seems. But maybe is also that i am new at Freshworks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of databases from different sources of potential customers, we integrate all of them and collect new data directly into freshsales, really easy and seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales CRM is indeed a very stable and skilled technology, as a retailer it is very helpful to be have a CRM solution which makes my lives better the with customers; it organizes the all details of the customers in "Excel" documents in a correct manner. It also has a spotless and very intuitive user interface, which is very healthy for individuals unaware of this type of application. Freshsales also has great support team; any issue that arises for me would be attempting to fix it in order to boost the customer experience as easily as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say definitely negative things about Freshsales CRM to this day, I have had many fantastic experiences, in either support or even with the channel as a whole, it works really well. It's clear that at present, this isn't really a industry revolutionizing platform; it has little innovative to bring. The only thing I don't like too far is its elegance, I've tried other related applications and they're offering more things, so if you're searching for a career, that's the best choice, easy, straightforward and clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite much in our business we use this method to analyze data on our consumers and assess the success of each program introduced, through this method we are already able to modify the service we provide to any of their consumers in a very creative way , helping us to achieve the required outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
With much property I can highlight the most pleasant of freshsales, which is within the numerous tools of computer management that contains its programming, such as sales management, email marketing, sales forecasting, progress monitoring, team management, content management, distribution of tasks, evaluation of potential customers, monitoring of interactions, marketing in social networks, attracting potential customers and structuring action plans against possible operational failures, being this material of great support to achieve the desired results.
What do you dislike about the product?
If of the negative aspects of freshales we speak, it is possible to be mentioned that its programming contains a remarkable failure as far as its system of implementation of operating plans, that they look for to track, to identify, to stop and to eliminate all the problems that are contained within a computer science structure, costing their reputation and credibility to him, when not being able to always fulfill this great task to guarantee the obtaining of the best results within the programmatic part of a company, without being able to offer the pleasing experience that normally offers this particular program, reason why this failure must be counteracted and eliminated completely so that it does not continue causing damages in programming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above all, I want to mention that the use of the freshsales service, for me represents the evolution of management systems, which enhance, manage and achieve the best results in terms of financial and advertising part of a company, offering the greatest tools for improving digital computer systems responsible for positioning brands and services and increase their business operations, hand in hand with the skills of its employees and the large number of tools that a system of this type can provide to carry out all tasks that can be of great help to the organization.

For me it is a duty, to highlight and talk as best as possible of a system such as freshsales, as this way other users can get the most significant advance for your company from the hand of the programming of this software, which provides a clear and solid contribution to achieve all the goals set in a particular pattern of time, which with another system could not be achieved. Task that this management platform can easily perform, achieving to enhance your development at a business level, becoming a big one in the industry, having the most complete program in the business world, in charge of managing and taking you always to the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a sales automation tool that is quite powerful to work in any organization, people who work with this system get a wonderful experience because of how powerful and functional it is to address business needs, through this service is very easy to interact with customers in a personalized way and with excellent professionalism, the software has a large number of users that due to its operation has acquired an excellent reputation that provides great confidence to people who want to purchase the service. The service has an excellent data collection system that allows us to have a better vision about each client, sending campaigns through emails is something extremely simple and has a huge capacity to send to large numbers of people, the service is very good to help improve sales of an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software with a fairly broad interface can be confusing to use if you don't have the right knowledge, so you need good training to avoid having problems or bad experiences. In terms of operation this service is very good and exceeds the expectations of its users because of how accurate it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales is a tool that we acquired for our sales team to improve both its system and strategies to implement, since in previous years we were having serious deficiencies that prevented us from having the desired results, but since this platform came to our organization all change at all as we could understand more efficiently the needs of our customers and make improvements that have been very good for the progressive increase of our income.

For people who are looking for a CRM service that is efficient to improve the attention of their customers and increase their sales I recommend Freshsales, as it is a quite innovative platform with an impressive performance, personally I have had an excellent experience with this service and I have been able to witness how good it is to help increase the sales of an organization, the tool adapts perfectly to the needs of its users and offers an excellent experience to work with high comfort.

What do you like best about the product?
super easy to use. everyone on the team was able to pick it up very easily as it is pretty intuitive for a CRM. others, like salesforce or zoho can be very confusing but this seemed to ve easy for everyone. it has email and phone capability within the software so you can do everything from one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
does not have 3rd party integrations so the CRM does not have every feature that others do

being able to use a CRM for outbound sales, partner relationship management, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
great CRM if you are looking for one this is a great option

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales was really effortless to set up, very easy to understand the layout of the interface and it was a breeze to integrate and migrate data from other software solutions. It was a great plus that the Freshsales mobile app has so much functionality incorporated from the desktop version as well. The support and knowledge base of this CRM is very professional and concise. You rarely ever have to reach out to their support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spell-check doesn't seem to work when composing emails. But the Freshsales support team was very helpful in explaining their technical challenges and promised me to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales CRM makes tracking of all sales processes feel like a walk in the park. In particular their automated and highly configurable workflows. I feel our company highly benefits from the ability to automate and to streamline sales with the help of Freshsales CRM. We particularly like the numerous mobile app functionalities that make our admin work so much easier when out of office.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it and how we get alerted every time someone sees one of our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are so many different subscription levels and we have to pay more to unlock more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of our Clients data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend them to first think all the things they need to do inside of their business, then read all of the fresh sales subscriptions and see which one fits them best to their needs. From there, they can call fresh sales at any time or email they have a great customer support available almost immediately. I recommend them to set up their deals pipeline and all of the lead fields the way they want or fits them most. From there I would say they can look at all the integrations freshsales offers, there are so many which is great. Connecting your email is a must and using the task or events management Is also very beneficial. There are no other CRMs like freshsales and they are quiet affordable for start ups and small businesses. I have gotten emails from their support willing to help me even when I do not request help. This is a very plus of freshsales going above and beyond for their clients.
