Great CRM for focused selling relationship management
What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed using Freshsales. It has an intuitive interface and essential features that make it easy to use. The platform's pipeline and contact management have improved the way we manage our client relationships. Most of all, I like that Freshsales gives me the tools I need without overwhelming me with too much. As an example, another CRM I considered had over 45 apps, but there was no way I'd use them all. In some ways, I felt it would be a distraction to try to learn them, so I chose Freshsales because it gives me all I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales appears (at least to me) to be a product-driven sales CRM. At least, that's my takeaway based on many of the features it offers. I'm a service-based business. So, to get the most from Freshsales, I've had to see my service as a product. Doing so has helped me adjust some of the features to fit my business. Another thing I don't like is that Facebook and Instagram are the only two social media platforms you can integrate (at least, for now). They just introduced lead gen forms for LinkedIn, but you can't integrate LinkedIn as a social platform the way you can with FB and IG. I'd like to see that feature since LI is such an important platform for B2B sales. Also, the styling options for lead-gen forms and web forms is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales has helped me become more organized by providing a central hub for all my sales and customer information. I can easily find what I need when I need it, which has reduced the aggravation of keeping up with projects and client communication. I get a much clearer view of what I have going on because Freshsales provides a nice overview of my sales pipeline, customer interactions, and overall progress.

Affordable and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales offers excellent value for its price, making it ideal for small businesses or companies that want an effective CRM without breaking the bank. It is a very intuitive tool with features (such as email marketing) that make it easy to manage the business. The customer service is top-notch, and they are always available to assist, which has been a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the reporting functionality. Generating reports can be frustrating, and it lacks the flexibility and ease of use that some other CRMs provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FreshSales helps streamline business operations by centralising key functions such as customer relationship management and email marketing in one place.
Best CRM I have use in my decades long career, and I have used many of the biggest branded CRM's
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the functionality I need without all the clutter I do not need. The customer support is the best I have ever encountered in my decades long career. 24/7 on the spot resolution by phone to every question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not give a history of searches for contacts so researching the same name by retyping it occurs often.

Great for calls & SMS'
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make calls from the system & send SMS's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to undo imports, no audit history & no sandbox!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling salespeople to follow-up leads imported from online forms.
Really Powerful and helpful, but really tedious
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sales sequences and customer journeys, there is SO MUCH automation and customization that is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many steps for even the most simple steps. For example, when you are writing an email, you have to go through several clicks to get there, and then to make it public you have to go to another part of the platform and change the status one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer contact organiazation and it does a GREAT job at it. We have so much information stored in freshsales and it has taken our organization to the next level.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of Plans, removal of features from basic/growth plans, often lot of changes made during short period of time with user interface, tons of bugs/glitches, Not much customization offered even on growth plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Management and identifying history of particular lead and lead scoring helps us to convert that deal
They share customer data with third parties
What do you like best about the product?
They have one of the best pipeline interfaces among all competitors today.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with this product ended when they asked me to lower my browser's security to allow cross-site tracking. Here's what they ask for: 'Please uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking" in Safari (17) privacy settings.'
If you want to use the marketplace and their other products, you'll have to allow them to track you so that Freshworks' partners can see how you spend time on other sites and offer their services accordingly.
The second reason I don't recommend this product is directly related to the first: after you register, they share your data (name, company, email, etc.) with third parties. You'll start receiving emails from unknown companies that claim to have received your information from Freshworks. The company does not deny this and refers to its terms of service.
In my view, selling or sharing customer data is a serious reputational risk that is incompatible with trust and integrity.
If you want to use the marketplace and their other products, you'll have to allow them to track you so that Freshworks' partners can see how you spend time on other sites and offer their services accordingly.

The ecosystem is reminiscent of Zoho, but the marketplace is less developed.
No-frills CS suite
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and setup is what I like the most about Freshworks products- Freshdesk, Freshcaller, etc. You can setup and get started in a giffy. The system is easy to use and basic operations can be picked up easily by the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of integrations available are limited and integration support is minimal. Many a times, non-availability of a single point of contact- especially during initial setup can derail things a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshworks (typically the Freshdesk service) helps managing customer tickets a breeze instead of relying on standard email communications back and forth.
